Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种果品保鲜竹篮,它解决了现有包括物存在容易挤压破烂、不能保鲜等问题,其特征在于:在竹篮体(2)和竹篮盖(1)内壁的衬布上粘贴一层聚丙烯酰胺纤维布(3),充分利用竹制篮子的抗挤压和聚丙烯酰胺纤维布环保隔热吸湿透气等性能来减缓新鲜果蔬的生理呼吸,达到防压和保鲜目的。

一、技术领域
本实用新型属于果品包装设施,尤其是涉及到一种果品保鲜竹篮。
二、背景技术
人们不管是旅游购物,还是走亲访友,总喜欢购买一些当地的新鲜土特果蔬产品,通常用的包装材料有塑料袋、纸盒、纸箱和普通滕篮或竹篮等,这些包装材料中,塑料袋、纸盒、纸箱易受压变形导致损伤果品;普通滕篮、竹篮虽不易变形,但内壁凹凸不平,在长途运输过程中易因抖动致内壁擦伤所包装的果品;特别是如果旅途时间长,这些包装材料均不能克服果品自身的呼吸作用,而导致果品不能保水、保质,甚至霉烂变质。
三、实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、既能防止新鲜果品因长途运输受挤压损坏,同时还能保证携带的果品不霉烂变质的果品保鲜竹篮。
本实用新型的主要技术方案:它由竹篮体和竹篮盖等构成,在竹篮体和竹篮盖内壁的衬布上粘贴一层聚丙烯酰胺纤维布。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:不仅结构简单、便携防挤,而且充分利用其无毒、无污染,特别是隔热吸湿透气性好的特点,减缓新鲜果品的生理呼吸,实现果品保鲜。

五、具体实施方式
如图1所示,选取竹子为材料,采用实编工艺技术编制竹篮体2和竹篮盖1,制作一只竹篮包装箱,然后在竹篮体2和笔篮盖1的内壁的衬布上用粘合剂粘附一层无毒、无污染、隔热、吸湿、透气的复合材料聚丙烯酰胺纤维布,充分利用聚丙烯酰胺纤维布环保隔热吸湿透气等性能来减缓新鲜果蔬的生理呼吸,达到保鲜目的。实施本实用新型时,只需将新鲜果品放置于竹篮体2内,盖上竹篮盖1后锁定,不管是随身携带还是托运,其抗挤压性能和保鲜功能均能够满足人们对旅游购物或走亲访友携带果品的需要。
