技术领域
本实用新型涉及电源插头技术领域，尤其涉及一种带有保险管的电源插头内架部件的安装结构总成。
背景技术
目前，欧美及国内市场的小家电等本身未设置过流保护装置，遇到电器故障或短路所产生高电流时容易产生触电、烧坏、火灾等安全事故。为此，美国对UL507电风扇标准条款做出修改，要求对电风扇的电源插头加装过流保护装置，该修改后的标准于2010年9月27号起实施。另外，现有保险管插头的结构设计不够合理，组装时比较繁琐，存在生产效率低下的弊端，不能够适应现代化大规模工业生产的需求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种用于带保险管的电源插头内架部件安装结构总成。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：一种带保险管插头内架部件总成，其特征在于：包括非极性端子、极性端子、保险管、内架主体、内架上盖及保险管盖，带U型槽的非极性端子、极性端子安装在内架主体前端的端子安装孔内，内架主体后端开设有铜片引出孔；极性端子后端连接由铜片制成的铆合连接片，铆合连接片穿过内架主体，其后端用于接线的V型槽从铜片引出孔伸出；由铜片制成的保险管端子前端为U型槽，内架主体上有保险管安装槽，保险管位于保险管安装槽内，保险管前后两端的导电部分别固定在非极性端子的U型槽和保险管端子的U型槽内；保险管端子后端用于接线的V型槽从铜片引出孔伸出；带滑动式保险管盖的内架上盖扣在内架主体上形成整个插头内架部件。
进一步地，内架主体内部设有用于隔离非极性端子与极性端子的中间隔板。
进一步地，保险管端子与极性端子铆合连接片的V型槽露出内架主体外部，两者分别由铜片夹板固定。
进一步地，极性端子与铆合连接片在安装时铆合连接成一体结构。
保险管端子及铆合连接片尾部的V型槽铜片外露于内架主体并与电线导体铆接。
本实用新型由内架主体、端子、保险管、内架上盖及保险管盖配合组成整体总成，在内架主体内设置有保险管安装槽、极性和非极性端子安装孔，更有利于插头生产过程中对保险管的保护，及保险管起到电器过流安全保护作用；此外，整体构成中保险管端子及铆合连接片尾部的V型槽外露设计，更方便插头生产过程中的流水线作业，对提升生产效率大有益处。

具体实施方式
本实施例中，参照图1、图2、图3和图4，所述带保险管插头内架部件总成，包括非极性端子1、极性端子2、保险管4、内架主体5、内架上盖6及保险管盖7，带U型槽9的非极性端子1、极性端子2安装在内架主体5前端的端子安装孔11内，内架主体5后端开设有铜片引出孔12；极性端子2后端连接由铜片制成的铆合连接片8，铆合连接片8穿过内架主体5，其后端用于接线的V型槽从铜片引出孔12伸出；由铜片制成的保险管端子3前端为U型槽，内架主体5上有保险管安装槽14，保险管4位于保险管安装槽14内，保险管4前后两端的导电部分别固定在非极性端子1的U型槽9和保险管端子3的U型槽10内；保险管端子3后端用于接线的V型槽从铜片引出孔12伸出；带滑动式保险管盖7的内架上盖6扣在内架主体5上形成整个插头内架部件。
内架主体5内部设有用于隔离非极性端子1与极性端子2的中间隔板13。
保险管端子3与极性端子2的铆合连接片8的V型槽露出内架主体5外部，两者分别由铜片夹板15固定。
极性端子2与铆合连接片8在安装时铆合连接成一体结构。
保险管端子3及铆合连接片8尾部的V型槽铜片与电线导体铆接，内架主体5及内架上盖6经过模具注塑形成。

1.一种带保险管插头内架部件总成，其特征在于：包括非极性端子、极性端子、保险管、内架主体、内架上盖及保险管盖，带U型槽的非极性端子、极性端子安装在内架主体前端的端子安装孔内，内架主体后端开设有铜片引出孔；极性端子后端连接由铜片制成的铆合连接片，铆合连接片穿过内架主体，其后端用于接线的V型槽从铜片引出孔伸出；由铜片制成的保险管端子前端为U型槽，内架主体上有保险管安装槽，保险管位于保险管安装槽内，保险管前后两端的导电部分别固定在非极性端子的U型槽和保险管端子的U型槽内；保险管端子后端用于接线的V型槽从铜片引出孔伸出；带滑动式保险管盖的内架上盖扣在内架主体上形成整个插头内架部件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带保险管插头内架部件总成，其特征在于：内架主体内部设有用于隔离非极性端子与极性端子的中间隔板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的带保险管插头内架部件总成，其特征在于：保险管端子与极性端子铆合连接片的V型槽露出内架主体外部，两者分别由铜片夹板固定。
4.根据权利要求1所述的带保险管插头内架部件总成，其特征在于：极性端子与铆合连接片在安装时铆合连接成一体结构。
