Abstract
一种刮板输送机，一个长筒的壳体，在壳体内一端有主动轮、另一端有从动轮，主动轮和从动轮外包络有链条，主动轮由传的链条连接电机减速机；连接链条上隔一段距离装有一个刮板，刮板的宽度和壳体内部宽度配合，刮板的高度是壳体内部高度的一半，壳体中下部的上面有进料口，壳体上部的下面有出料口。主动轮和从动轮各并列有两个，其上分别有两条链条，刮板装在两条链条上，刮板与两条链条垂直，并且刮板与两条链条有相同的中心。本实用新型可实现对大块物料的输送。

本实用新型属于物料运输设备，特别涉及一种刮板输送机。
背景技术
刮板输送机是输送粉尘状、小颗粒及小块状等散装物料的连续输送设备。物料输送过程中，物料受到刮板链条在运动方向的推力，使物料向前运动。刮板输送机的应用非常广泛，但用于垃圾处理行业目前还没有较好的案例，需将原有的刮板输送机改型设计后才能应用。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种刮板输送机，对当前的刮板输送机进行改型设计，以便于更适合垃圾处理行业的应用。
本实用新型的技术方案是：
一种刮板输送机，其特征在于：一个长筒的壳体，在壳体内一端有主动轮、另一端有从动轮，主动轮和从动轮外包络有链条，主动轮由传的链条连接电机减速机；连接链条上隔一段距离装有一个刮板，刮板的宽度和壳体内部宽度配合，刮板的高度是壳体内部高度的一半，壳体中下部的上面有进料口，壳体上部的下面有出料口。
主动轮和从动轮各并列有两个，其上分别有两条链条，刮板装在两条链条上，刮板与两条链条垂直，并且刮板与两条链条有相同的中心。
本实用新型效果是：通过对原刮板输送机的改型设计，本设备可以实现对大块物料的输送。

具体实施方式
如图所示一种刮板输送机，其特征在于：一个长筒的壳体8，在壳体内一端有主动轮1、另一端有从动轮2，主动轮和从动轮外包络有链条6，主动轮由传的链条连接电机减速机3；连接链条上隔一段距离装有一个刮板7，刮板的宽度和壳体内部宽度配合，刮板的高度是壳体内部高度的一半，壳体中下部的上面有进料口4，壳体上部的下面有出料口5。
主动轮和从动轮各并列有两个，其上分别有两条链条，刮板装在两条链条上，刮板与两条链条垂直，并且刮板与两条链条有相同的中心。
刮板输送机运行时，主动轮在电机减速机的带动下转动，主动轮通过链条带动从动轮转动，刮板随链条的运动而运动。物料从进料口进入后，大块物料沉入底部，沿刮板运动方向被刮板带走，直到物料从出料口排出。

1.一种刮板输送机，其特征在于：一个长筒的壳体(8)，在壳体内一端有主动轮(1)、另一端有从动轮(2)，主动轮和从动轮外包络有链条(6)，主动轮由传的链条连接电机减速机(3)；连接链条上隔一段距离装有一个刮板(7)，刮板的宽度和壳体内部宽度配合，刮板的高度是壳体内部高度的一半，壳体中下部的上面有进料口(4)，壳体上部的下面有出料口(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的刮板输送机，其特征在于：主动轮和从动轮各并列有两个，其上分别有两条链条，刮板装在两条链条上，刮板与两条链条垂直，并且刮板与两条链条有相同的中心。
