本实用新型涉及塑料产品的包装，特别适用于有质量外观要求的塑料产品的塑料产品包装盒。
背景技术
随着人类对各类生活、工业用品外观要求的日益提高，产品外观条件自然成为人们评价产品外观的重要因素。所以如何使产品的外观质量在物流周转过程中得到有效的防护，同时保证产品的物流包装低碳环保且成本最低。
前期有人设计了吸塑盒+塑料盒包装，但成本太高，且对产品形状的针对性很强；也有人设计了PE袋+塑料箱的，由于PE袋为一次性包装，所以成本高且PE袋为白色垃圾。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的主要技术问题是：针对上述技术问题，本实用新型提供了一种塑料产品包装盒，该盒既可以对产品进行有效的防护，同时使产品的包装成本低，又可重复使用。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供一种塑料产品包装盒，包括盒体，其不同之处在于：所述盒体中设置有井字型内衬隔层，盒体底面以及井字型内衬隔层每个与塑料产品的接触面均设置有保护层。
优选地，所述保护层为绒布、PVC中的一种。
优选地，所述盒体上还设置有防尘帘。
本实用新型技术方案的有益效果是：将有质量外观要求的产品放入井字型内衬隔层中，根据产品特性确定每个格子中放置的数量，本实用新型可对产品进行有效防护，同时使产品的包装成本低，可重复使用。

下面通过具体实施方式结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细说明。
请参考图1，塑料产品包装盒，包括盒体1，所述盒体1中设置有井字型内衬隔层2，盒体1底面以及井字型内衬隔层2的每个与塑料产品4的接触面均设置有保护层。
优选地，所述保护层为绒布、PVC中的一种。
优选地，所述盒体上还设置有防尘帘3。
本实用新型包装方案是：将绒布包褁在中空板上，然后将包有绒布的中空板裁剪成想要的形状后组装成井字型内衬隔层，井字型内衬隔层的尺寸依据产品外型尺寸来做，井字型内衬隔层做好后放入塑料箱中并固定。容器加工好后，将有质量外观要求的产品放入井字型内衬隔层中，根据产品特性确定每个格子中放置的数量，最后盖上防尘帘。

3.如权利要求1或2所述的塑料产品包装盒，其特征在于：所述盒体上还设置有防尘帘。
