技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种外接式连接器。
背景技术
目前，所使用的外接式连接器，一般都需要进行立式成型注塑。立式成型注塑是将塑胶胶粒在加温熔化后，通过螺杆从成型机内射出至模具内，从而实现连接器外模的注塑。但由于机器和模具本身的限制，成型精度及成型效果受到一定的影响，使连接器最外层的塑料在注塑成型时与内层的金属外壳之间有一定的间隙，从而造成装配困难。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷，本实用新型提供了一种外接式连接器，该外接式连接器不仅结构简单，而且可有效减少金属外壳与外层注塑塑胶层之间的间隙。
本实用新型为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种外接式连接器，主要包括连接器本体和连接器端口，在所述连接器本体的外表面上设有金属上壳和金属下壳，在该金属上壳和金属下壳外又覆盖一层塑胶外壳，所述金属上壳在靠近所述连接器端口的一端设有凸边。这样可以加强连接器本体与外模塑胶的结合力，从而减少金属上壳与外模塑胶之间的间隙，更加有利于装配。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进，在所述凸边上设有一开口槽，可使外模塑胶与金属外壳结合更加紧固。
本实用新型的有益效果是：在连接器本体外的金属外壳上设有一凸边，以加强连接器与外模塑胶的结合力，从而减少金属外壳与外模塑胶之间的间隙，更加有利于装配。

在上述凸边上还可设有一开口槽6，可使外模塑胶与金属外壳结合更加紧固。

1.一种外接式连接器，主要包括连接器本体(1)和连接器端口(2)，在所述连接器本体(1)的外表面上设有金属上壳(3)和金属下壳(4)，在该金属上壳和金属下壳外又覆盖一层塑胶外壳，其特征在于：所述金属上壳在靠近所述连接器端口的一端设有凸边(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的外接式连接器，其特征在于：在所述凸边上设有一开口槽(6)。
