可选的，所述的护颈片的内侧设有磁性物质层。
可选的，所述的护颈片的内侧设有远红外材料层。
本实用新型保健内衣在领口部位设置护颈片，不仅使用方便、制造成本低，还可以根据需要在护颈片朝向使用者的一侧安放药袋、磁性物质或远红外材料，对颈部以及肩周起到保健作用。

为了方便清洗护颈片2与领口部位1通过纽扣3连接，为了达到合适的连接强度，可以适当增减纽扣的数量。
护颈片2可以采用通用纺织面料，对颈部起到保暖、支撑作用，为了进一步增加保健效果，护颈片的内侧可以设有内置保健药物的药袋(图中省略)。

5.如权利要求1～3任一项所述的保健内衣，其特征在于，所述的护颈片的内侧设有磁性物质层。
