本实用新型涉及路灯,尤其是涉及使用太阳能为电源的路灯。
背景技术
随着科学技术快速发展、人们生活水平和质量的不断提高,具有安全、环保、节能和景观效果的太阳能LED景观路灯正在城镇及乡村得到普及和完善,不仅为人们夜间外出带来了方便,还为城镇和乡村增添了美的色彩。太阳能LED路灯虽然具有安全、环保和节能等特点,但它在使用中还存在有下列不足:一是现有太阳能电池板都呈平板形,太阳能电池板上或其组合的间隙内容易积存鸟粪、粉尘等杂物,且积存的杂物清理相当麻烦,费时费力,如果清理不及时,容易使太阳能电池板受到破坏,甚至导致电路短路;二是现有太阳能电池板硬性大,太阳能电池板几何造型比效困难,与灯具的多样造型不相配,不能实现造型一体化,影响景观效果;三是平板形的太阳能电池板对阳光朝向和照射角度敏感性较大,感光性还不够好;再是太阳能电池板采用玻璃封装,遇到台风、冰雹等抗变形和冲击能力不强,容易造成玻璃破碎和太阳能电池板开裂,导致太阳能电池板使用寿命缩短。
实用新型内容
针对上述现有技术中太阳能LED路灯中的太阳能电池板存在的问题,本实用新型提供了一种可实现造型一体化,且景观效果好,耐用性和稳定性高、使用寿命长的柔性太阳能路灯。
本实用新型要解决的技术问题所采取的技术方案是:所述柔性太阳能路灯包括灯杆、太阳能装置、LED板和LED灯,所述太阳能装置包括太阳能电池板和控制箱,所述控制箱内包括蓄电池和控制器,所述LED灯通过LED板与太阳能装置相连,所述太阳能电池板采用柔性非晶硅材料制成,所述太阳能电池板断面呈圆弧形。
所述太阳能电池板具有不受温度影响、无需玻璃封装、柔韧可变曲、重量轻、持久耐用、耐遮影等特点。
本实用新型太阳能电池板由于采用无需玻璃封装的多层柔性非晶硅材料制成,既能确保太阳能电池板的强度、韧性和抗冲击性,提高了耐用性,延长了使用寿命,又能制造出多种带有断面呈圆弧形的太阳能电池板,并可与灯具实现造型一体化,从而可提高景观效果,同时圆弧形太阳能电池板不会积存杂物,使用可靠安全,且感光性增强,适用性广。因此本实用新型具有使用既安全又节能、耐用性强,适用性广,且景观效果好等特点,本实用新型除主要用于城市和乡村街道照明外,还可用于庭院和景区照明,同时可为街道、庭院和景区做到景观亮化和节能双重效果。

具体实施方式
在图1中,柔性太阳能路灯包括用铝合金制成的高度为4米的灯杆1、太阳能装置,LED板和大功率的LED灯6,所述太阳能装置包括功率为30W的太阳能电池板5和控制箱3,太阳能电池板一端用支撑架4呈悬挂式固定在灯杆上,在支撑架上设置有控制箱3,控制箱内包括蓄电池和控制器(图中未画出),所述LED灯通过LED板*图中未画出)与太阳能装置相连,LED板设置在灯座2内,灯座固定在太阳能电池板上,所述太阳能电池板采用三层柔性非晶硅材料制成,所述太阳能电池板轮廓呈长方形,其横断面呈圆弧形,当然太阳能电池板也可做成纵断面或纵横断面呈圆弧形,在控制箱内设置有智能光感控制芯片,从而可使柔性太阳能路灯实现天亮熄、天黑亮和亮后数小时自动转为半功率工作,既节省电能,又减少光污染。为了支撑架固定牢固,在支撑架与灯杆之间设置有加强板。
除图1所述的实施例外,所述柔性太阳能路灯的太阳能电池板也可制造成其它带有断面呈圆弧组合的太阳能电池板,如灯罩形,倒八字形等,所述灯座也可另外设置在专用灯架上,灯架再固定在支撑架上。
