本发明涉及一种铸造行业内加热类模具。
背景技术:
生产铸造中有一种具有加热装置的热芯盒,在高温作用下,砂料粘结剂在很短时间内即可缩聚而硬化,形成型芯,不须再进烘炉烘干,具有缩短生产周期等优点。但当加热装置对模具进行加热时,很大一部分的热量会散发到空气中,浪费了大量能源,并使周围环境处于高温状态,工作环境恶劣。
发明内容:
本发明针对现有技术的上述不足,提供一种结构简单的节能保温的热芯盒。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种节能保温的热芯盒,在热芯盒外部覆有隔热层,在隔热层外部覆有加强层。
本发明是对热芯盒除分模面以外的五个面进行隔热处理,节省电能在30%以上。隔热层的厚度以温度尽可能少向外散发为标准,如果隔热层材料强度不高,可以在隔热材料外面加层加强层,以保证热芯盒在使用过程中不会损坏隔热层。
