Abstract
气电双工取暖器,机体(1)内安装燃气装置(4)和电热装置(2),机体(1)上安装控制装置(3),控制装置(3)与燃气装置(4)或电热装置(2)的控制部件连接。集燃气、电两种能源互偿取暖方式于一体,有效结合各自优点,提升整体性能,改善室内空气质量,实现室内气温平稳变化,提高舒适性,结构简明,安装使用经济节能,安全方便,适应性显著。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种国际专利分类F部中的加热技术领域取暖设备,特别是涉及一种同时具备燃气加热和电加热功能的取暖装置。
背景技术
目前,除去集中供热或者中央空调设备外,城市越冬民用室内御寒取暖已经开始接受改善型的辅助取暖装置,这其中主要包括以天然气或液化气等可燃气体为燃料燃烧加热循环水介质,或直接加热室内空气方式的燃气取暖器,再者就是常用电暖气两类。近几年多数城市出现冬季供电紧张,同时电取暖价格相对价格相对较贵,某地1度电价格为0.485元,以电价为基准:1立方米天然气价格为4.64元;1升93号汽油价格为4.41元。民用采暖天然气价格为1.95元,排除效率因素影响,用电的费用至少是燃气的两倍,电取暖其中,电暖类产品历史悠久应用广泛,但其取暖能效比低,耗电严重,升温速度慢,当电能转化为热能时,其中损失较大,热效率低,而对于空调来说更是如此,制热量与总输入功率的比值的制热能效比通常小于2.5,当室外温度低于0℃时,其能效比很快降为1,只相当于一台电热取暖器,室外温度越低,空调的制热效果越差;基于多种因素,燃气取暖器技术和产品,以突出优势为公众接受;但是,燃气取暖装置解热方式以直接加热空气或者先加热散热装置在加热空气方式工作,却难以实现加速空气对流,一提高升温速度,另外,根据室内温度需要频繁启闭会产生较多的空气污染;同时,电作为二次能源,也是一种清洁能源,电采暖系统具备热损失小、安装使用方便、控制灵活、舒适等优点,而结合这些优点的燃气取暖装置技术公开较少。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结合电加热和燃气加热优点和功能的取暖装置,特别是提供一种以互偿方式进行取暖的燃气和电双能源工作的辅助取暖装置。
实现本实用新型的发明目的措施在于:机体内安装燃气装置和电热装置,机体上安装控制装置,控制装置分别与燃气装置和电热装置的控制部件连接。
本实用新型的优点在于,集燃气、电两种能源互偿取暖方式于一体,有效结合各自优点,提升整体性能,改善室内空气质量,实现室内气温平稳变化,提高舒适性,结构简明,安装使用经济节能,安全方便,适应性显著。

具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例,进行说明:
机体1内安装燃气装置4 和电热装置2,机体1上安装控制装置3,控制装置3与燃气装置4或电热装置2的控制部件连接。
机体1为壁挂式、落地式或悬挂式装置。
电热装置2后部安装有气流推动装置。气流推动装置可以是风扇。
或,电热装置2后部安装有热辐射装置。
安装时,燃气装置4与燃气管路连通,电热装置2通过电路与供电网接通。机体1内或外安装温度数据采集装置5,温度数据采集装置5与控制装置3有线或无线连接。
在初始阶段,燃气装置4 点燃工作和电热装置2接电热作同时加热,升温一段时间,温度数据采集装置5测得机体1内温度达到或高于设定温度后,关闭燃气装置4,直接由电热装置2加热,避免室内温度发生剧烈变化;当传感器5实时监测室内温度低于预设置时,燃气装置4重新工作。当然,在燃气装置4特殊情况无法工作时,可以电热装置2工作为主。
在以上实施例中,未及叙述的如防熄火,以及缺氧、倾倒保护技术,以及涉及实施的其他必要技术等采用现有技术,不再依次列举详述。
Claims (5)
1.气电双工取暖器,其特征是:机体(1)内安装燃气装置(4)和电热装置(2),机体(1)上安装控制装置(3),控制装置(3)与燃气装置(4)或电热装置(2)的控制部件连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的气电双工取暖器,其特征在于,机体(1)为壁挂式、落地式或悬挂式装置。
3.如权利要求1所述的气电双工取暖器,其特征在于,电热装置(2)后部安装有气流推动装置。
4.如权利要求3所述的气电双工取暖器,其特征在于,气流推动装置可以是风扇。
5.如权利要求1所述的气电双工取暖器,其特征在于,电热装置(2)后部安装有热辐射装置。
