背景技术
现有的市电电网经常出现电压波动，使棒料加热装置电压也产生波动，从而影响棒料加热的温度。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷，本发明的目的是提供恒温闭环控制器。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用如下技术方案：
恒温闭环控制器，包括测温传感器、PLC、中频调控器、加热炉的加热装置，测温传感器通过PLC连接中频调控器，中频调控器连接加热炉的加热装置。
本实用新型结构简单，通过闭环的调控使棒料在加热炉中的温度稳定在1150～1170之间。
