目前圆锥滾子轴承内圈大挡边有锥形和凹圆弧形两种结构,在轴承旋转时分别存在应力集中和摩擦大等缺陷。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,现有的圆锥滚子轴承的内圈大挡边结构为锥形内圈大挡边结构或者凹圆弧形内圈大挡边结构,这种内圈结构的圆锥滚子轴承在旋转时存在应力集中和摩擦较大的缺陷。如图3和图4所示,本实用新型的圆锥滚子轴承,由外圈1、保持架2、滚子3、内圈4组成,本实用新型针对滚子3大端面与内圈4大挡边接触部位进行改进,将内圈4大挡边结构改进为凹圆弧内圈大挡边结构,这种内圈大挡边结构在无载荷状态下为点接触,在载荷作用下为面接触,减少摩擦,提高轴承旋转速度和轴承寿命,降低轴承能量损失。
