目前电力设备的EMOS一般由巡检人员在现场对各种设备进行检查后记录在纸张上，然后录入计算机。这种方式很容易造成设备漏检或错检、数据篡改损坏。

本实用新型的技术解决问题是：克服现有技术的不足，提供一种精确检测电力设备参数、实现无纸化办公、保证数据规范真实可靠的设备维修及运行系统的手持巡检装置。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是：这种EMOS手持巡检的装置包括手持数据终端、客户端计算机、服务器端计算机；巡检数据采集模块在手持数据终端中，通讯控制模块在手持数据终端、客户端计算机、服务器端计算机中，巡检数据管理模块在服务器端计算机中。
