如图所示，图中1为置于刷柄5头部的刷毛，所述的刷柄中设有管状通道4，通道的一端开口2和3位于刷柄头部，通道的另一端开口于刷柄的尾部，水管7通过套管6与刷柄尾部连接，水管的另一端与供水装置9连通。水管上靠近牙刷刷柄处设置有流量调节器8。通道位于刷柄头部的开口可以是斜管。供水装置可以是自来水或贮水灌，在使用这种牙刷刷牙时，首先将套管套接在刷柄尾部，刷牙时可以根据需要打开水龙头并调节流量调节器，使水流喷射到牙刷刷毛上，用流动水清洁牙齿，使用本实用新型不再需要口杯，使用起来更加方便清洁，尤其对于起居人数较多的单位，准备一套公用的水管和供水装置，每人一把带有通道的牙刷，大家都可以刷牙不用口杯，较方便。
