背景技术
接线板用于配电柜母线系统母线排接线,主要用来挂接,母线不用穿孔。目前接线板产品分接引头处于裸露在外,这样便存在以下问题:当分接头受到外界冲击时,容易使得分接引线受损,同时,接线板分接头处易积尘,潮湿和雨雪等引起短路故障,存在着造成安全隐患。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供了一种解决了导线接头裸露问题,提高了防护等级,操作更安全的接线板。 
为解决以上技术问题和经济问题,本实用新型采取的技术方案:一种接线板,由防护罩、接线夹、基座和母线排组成,所述接线夹设于基座上;所述防护罩罩在接线夹上,并挂勾在基座上;所述接线夹上装有母线排。 
由于具有上述结构,该接线板结构设计简单合理,接线更方便、 灵活,操作更安全,提高了防护等级。

如图1所示,一种接线板,由防护罩1、接线夹2、基座3和母线排4组成,所述接线夹2设于基座3上;所述防护罩1罩在接线夹2上,并挂勾在基座3上;所述接线夹2上装有母线排4。本实用新型适用于连接150-300mm2的导线,改进了传统的母线穿孔接线方式,无需穿孔,使接线更方便、灵活。带防护罩接线板增加了防护罩,提高了防护等级。
