背景技术
在羽毛加工中，需对飘落在地面的羽毛进行收集。目前，羽毛吸收器吸风管一般都是直接放在地上，吸取面积小，清扫大面积区域的羽毛需要的时间长，工作效率较低，增加了生产成本。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种羽毛吸收器，结构设计中解决了把吸风管直接放在地上，无羽毛吸盘，吸取面积小的缺陷，采用圆形羽毛吸盘，增大了地面羽毛吸收面积，当推动小车来回吸收，可快速完成地面羽毛吸收。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种羽毛吸收器，包括小车以及设置在小车上的羽毛吸收装置，所述的羽毛吸收装置包括电动机和与电动机连接的风机，其特征在于，所述的风机的进风口处连接软管，在软管的另一端连接羽毛吸盘；所述的风机的出风口处通过连接管连接羽毛收集器，在羽毛收集器下部设置插销门，便于排出已收集的羽毛。在小车推臂旁设置电源开关，方便操作。
所述的羽毛吸盘呈圆形，其直径为500～600mm。
所述的羽毛收集器下部的插销门，其长度为300～350mm，高度为400～450mm。
所述的插销门上设置有80～100个圆形排气孔，其直径为10～15mm。
所述的电动机为罩极式单相交流电动。
本实用新型的有益效果：由于采用了大直径圆形羽毛吸盘的结构设计，增大了地面形羽吸收面积，工作效率显著提高。

如附图1和附图2所示，一种羽毛吸收器，包括小车1以及设置在小车1上的羽毛吸收装置，所述的羽毛吸收装置包括罩极式单相交流电动机5和与电动机5连接的风机3，其特征在于，所述的风机3的进风口4处连接有软管12，在软管12的另一端连接羽毛吸盘11，其直径为560mm；所述的风机3的出风口9处通过连接管10连接羽毛收集器7，在羽毛收集器7下部设有长320mm、宽440mm的插销门8，通过插销门8可排出羽毛收集器7内的羽毛，在所述的插销门8上设置100个圆形排气孔，其直径为12mm。在小车推臂2旁设置电源开关6，方便操作。由于采用了大直径圆形羽毛吸盘的结构设计，工作效率高，节约了生产成本。

1.一种羽毛吸收器，它包括小车(1)以及设置在小车(1)上的羽毛吸收装置，所述的羽毛吸收装置包括电动机(5)和与电动机(5)连接的风机(3)，其特征在于：所述的风机(3)的进风口(4)处连接有软管(12)，在所述软管的另一端连接羽毛吸盘(11)；所述的风机(3)的出风口(9)处通过连接管(10)连接羽毛收集器(7)，在羽毛收集器(7)下部设有插销门(8)，在插销门(8)上设置有圆形排气孔。
