本实用新型属于特种车技术领域,具体涉及一种用于运输大型货物的运输车。 
背景技术
目前,自行式液压平板车因宽度尺寸一般都在3米以上,不能采用价格低廉的集装箱运输,因此转运成本高,同时轴距一般都在1500mm以上,单位面积的承载能力小,因此在需要运输的货物具有超大型货物承载面和运输场地受限制的条件下,现有运输车辆无法满足运输要求。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于:针对现有运输车辆无法满足在运输场地受限制条件下运输超大型货物的不足,提供紧凑型独立转向自带动力式模块运输车,减小平台尺寸,提高单位面积的承载能力,从而降低自身运输成本,满足特定工况下的大型货物运输。 
本实用新型采用的技术方案为: 
一种紧凑型独立转向自带动力式模块运输车,包括动力头、安装在动力头中的发动机、车架、连接动力头和车架的抬头油缸、安装在车架和悬挂之间的转向机构、设置在车架上的驱动轴和制动轴、安装在驱动轴上的变量柱塞马达和轮边减速机,所述转向机构为液压齿轮齿条转向机构,转向方式为独立转向。 
所述驱动轴和制动轴的数量能够根据所运输的货物大小和道路坡度大小进行合理配置。 
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有以下优点: 
1、平台宽度窄:平台宽度为2430mm,方便采用集装箱运输,同时适用于具有狭窄承载面的货物的运输; 
2、电控多模式独立转向:采用液压齿轮齿条转向机构实现电控多模式独立转向,多种转向模式更适应特殊路况运输,通过性能优越; 
3、机动灵活:整车所有功能采用电控实现,为遥控器控制,有较好的视野和操纵性能,转弯半径小,内转弯半径为0; 
4、单位面积承载能力大:车架采用高强度钢板焊接而成,具有较强的承载能力,每轴线可承载40吨; 
5、可模块化拼接:驱动轴4和制动轴6的数量可配置,能够根据货物的外型和大小可横行和纵向拼接。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图详细说明本实用新型的技术方案。 
如附图1所示,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:动力头1(PPU)为整车的动力源,其宽度压缩到2310mm,其中安装有发动机,发动机后面通过分动箱连接变量柱塞泵,液压泵为整车提供液压动力。动力头1同车架3采用抬头油缸2连接,在上下坡时可通过抬头油缸2调整动力头的倾角,增强了整车的通过性。车架3的宽度压缩到2430mm,其采用高强度钢板焊接而成,具有较强的承载能力,每轴线可承载40吨。因车架宽度压缩,转向机构不能采用传统的连杆方式,故采用液压齿轮齿条转向机构实现多模式独立转向,该转向机构安装在车架和悬挂之间。车轴分为驱动轴4和制动轴6,驱动轴4上安装有变量柱塞马达和轮边减速机5,为整车的行走执行单元,驱动轴4和制动轴6的数量可根据所需运输的货物大小和坡度大小进行合理配置,以满足不同路况和货物的运输要求,承载重量可从50吨到 20000吨。整车的行走、转向、整车升降、动力头升降等功能采用电控实现,为遥控器控制,有教好的视野和操纵性能。

1.一种紧凑型独立转向自带动力式模块运输车,包括动力头、安装在动力头中的发动机、车架、连接动力头和车架的抬头油缸、安装在车架和悬挂之间的转向机构、设置在车架上的驱动轴和制动轴、安装在驱动轴上的变量柱塞马达和轮边减速机,其特征在于:所述转向机构为液压齿轮齿条转向机构,转向方式为独立转向。
