背景技术
绕组线按产品类型分为电抗器、电机和变压器用绕组线。一般与电抗器、变压器和电机配套的绕组线,均采用铜材作为导体,导电性能较好但成本太高,而且附着于铜材表面的绝缘层连续性较差,导体成型紧密度差,绝缘层与导体界面处理较难等诸多问题,从而影响了产品的众多性能。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的在于设计一种绝缘性好、导电稳定好的环保电抗器用换位绕组导线。
本实用新型在芳香聚酯酰胺总绕包层内设置至少五根相互绞合的漆包线,所述各漆包线设有挤压铝芯,在挤压铝芯外设置耐热聚酯底漆,在耐热聚酯底漆外设置聚酰胺酰亚胺面漆。
本实用新型采用铝质材料作为导体,使成本降低了40-60%,而且便于运输和绕制线圈。从产品原来的单一绝缘层改为复合绝缘层,单一绝缘层在固化后形成网状立体结构,复合绝缘层会对单层绝缘具有保护作用,最重要的是复合的绝缘层会渗透到单一层的立体网状结构中,形成更加细密的立体网状结构,从而减少缺陷点的形成。绝缘层采用利于复合铝材的绝缘漆,在铝和绝缘层之间形成优良界面,介电强度、机械性能和热性能都大大提高。通过漆包铝扁线多根组合、换位,使得在电抗器绕制时形成闭环,可减少涡流的产生,还可减少大型电抗器的发热和无功损耗,从而延长使用寿命。本实用新型解决了现有技术导体成型紧密度差、绝缘层与导体界面处理较难、绝缘效果不理想等难题,低成本、高性能、环保,产品可广泛运用于轨道交通、核电站、发电厂等工业、民用领域。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,在芳香聚酯酰胺总绕包层1内设置有五根(本例为六根,可以70多根)相互绞合的漆包线2。
各漆包线2设有挤压铝芯2-1,在挤压铝芯2-1外设置耐热聚酯底漆2-2,在耐热聚酯底漆2-2外涂覆聚酰胺酰亚胺面漆2-3。

1.一种环保电抗器用换位绕组导线,其特征在于在芳香聚酯酰胺总绕包层内设置至少五根相互绞合的漆包线,所述各漆包线设有挤压铝芯,在挤压铝芯外设置耐热聚酯底漆,在耐热聚酯底漆外设置聚酰胺酰亚胺面漆。
