本实用新型包括基体，所述连接其它部件的基体的形状可以有多种，为外形美观，最好是圆柱形，在基体上端面的中心位置处设有用于插放蜡烛的槽孔，在基体的外壁由外向内开设夹层，在基体的上端面沿边缘设有挡板，所述挡板是由透明材料例如玻璃制成的。
人们可将打火机或火柴放置在基体的夹层内，以方便使用；可将蜡烛插放在基体上端面的槽孔内；挡板可起到防风的作用，避免风大吹灭蜡烛。
