本实用新型涉及在机械加工中专用铣夹具或加工中心夹具的定位键。
背景技术
目前机械加工专用铣夹具和加工中心夹具设计时，与机床连接的定位键普遍采用的是国标GB/T2206-91的定位键形式，其缺点是与夹具体连接时必须将夹具体倾斜或翻转后，采用扳手将定位键通过螺钉与夹具体固定，操作繁琐又不方便安装，特别是大型夹具的制造安装时更不方便；而且，在夹具往机床上吊装时非常容易碰伤机床工作台。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种易于装卸的夹具定位键，以解决采用标准定位键存的操作繁琐又不方便安装的问题。本实用新型采取的技术方案是：定位键的形状为型，该定位键上有固定螺钉孔和拆卸孔。
本实用新型的优点是结构新颖，定位键的形状为L型，采用夹具体侧面固定的方式，无需搬动夹具体即可实现随时拆装，不仅减轻了工人的劳动强度；而且，这种连接形式的键，在夹具往机床上吊装时能够很好的保护设备的工作台面。

具体实施方式
定位键1的形状为L型，该定位键上有固定螺钉孔3和拆卸孔2。
使用时，参见图3，定位键通过螺钉5固定在夹具体6的侧面，安装比较方便，利用定位键的两个精加工定位面将夹具体和机床工作台4精确定位，考虑定位键与夹具体的配合一般较紧，在定位键的侧面有拆卸孔，便于定位键的拆卸。
