如附图所示，本实施例中的一种穿松紧带的工具，其由设置在底板1上的立柱2和压头3组成，压头3套在立柱2的上端。
本实用新型的工作过程是：先将松紧带4一端的头部放在立柱2的顶端，再把压头3套在立柱2的上端，并将松紧带4的头部压在立柱2的上端，然后，将预先缝制好的布筒从压头3的尖端向下套进在立柱2上，取下压头3，将布筒与松紧带4一同从立柱2上取出，完成工作。
