Abstract

本实用新型提供一种设有加热装置的车载电池,包括有一电池、一加热器、一控制器与一开关,该电池、该加热器与该控制器串联连接而形成一加热回路,该开关连接于该控制器而可供开启或关闭该控制器,该控制器可感测该电池的温度,于该电池温度过低时导通该加热回路,令该加热器对该电池进行加热,藉此,本实用新型可供装设于车辆中使用,于环境温度较低而使电池温度过低时,可对电池进行加热,令电池保持有一定的放电效率,避免电池因温度而使放电效率下降,产生无法发动车辆的问题。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种车载电池,尤指可调整电池温度者。
背景技术
车载电池装设于车辆中,可供应启动马达所需的电力,利用启动马达发动引擎运转,但于环境温度较低且车辆较长时间未启动时,电池的温度将趋于与环境温度一致,使电池温度较低,放电效率下降,当电池温度过低时,电池的放电效率可能降低至无法驱动启动马达运转,产生车辆无法发动的问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种电池,可供装载于车辆使用,并可避免因环境温度下降而发生车辆无法发动的问题。
为达成上述目的,本实用新型提供一种设有加热装置的车载电池,系供装设于车辆,该车辆具有一中央控制器;本实用新型包括有一外壳、至少一电池、一加热器、一控制器与一开关。该外壳包括一壳体与二桩头,该二桩头分别固设于该壳体,各桩头为导电体。该电池固设于该壳体,该电池具有二电极,各该电极连接于其中一桩头。该加热器固设于该壳体,该加热器供输入电流后对该电池加热。该控制器、该电池与该加热器串联连接形成一加热回路,该控制器关闭时该加热回路形成断路,该控制器启动时感测该电池的温度,该控制器设定有一目标温度,该电池的温度低于该目标温度时,该控制器令该加热回路形成通路,该电池的温度高于该目标温度时,该控制器令该加热回路形成断路。该开关连接于该控制器,该开关用以控制该控制器启动或关闭。
本实用新型与习用技术相较的优点是:本实用新型提供的设有加热装置的车载电池,于电池温度过低而使放电效率下降时,可供使用者启动控制器,令加热器对电池进行加热,使电池恢复一定的放电效率,以便于供应启动马达所需使用的电力,避免发生因环境温度过低而无法发动引擎的情形,于天候情形较差或周围环境较寒冷时尤具实用价值。

具体实施方式
以下仅以实施例说明本实用新型可能的实施态样,但并非用以限制本实用新型所欲保护的范畴。
请参考图1,本实用新型提供一种设有加热装置的车载电池,供装设于车辆中使用,可利用本实用新型所提供的电力启动车辆引擎,其中车辆具有一中央控制器,该中央控制器可控制车辆的仪表、音响或引擎的电力供应。
该设有加热装置的车载电池包括有一外壳1、至少一电池2、一加热器3、一控制器4、一开关5,并可另包括一讯号接头6与一警示装置7。其中:
外壳1包括有一壳体11与二桩头12,二桩头12分别固设于壳体11上,各桩头12为导电体,可于将本实用新型装设于车辆中时,以二桩头12供连接于车辆的电力线路。
电池2固设于壳体11中,电池2具有二电极21,该二电极21分别连接于其中一桩头12,其中,本实用新型可设有复数电池,将这些电池相互连接,并固设于壳体11中,这些电池可包括铅酸电池或磷酸锂铁电池,或亦可将数种电池串联或并联组合使用。
加热器3可将电能转换为热能,可实际设为塑胶或金属电热器,使加热器3可供输入电流后对电池2加热,加热器3可固设于壳体11内或壳体11外,较佳者,亦可将加热器3贴附于电池2周围。其中加热器3对电池2加热系先使加热器3温度升高,再使热能传递至电池2,令电池2温度上升。
控制器4连接于电池2与加热器3,令控制器4、电池2与加热器3串联连接形成一加热回路,控制器4则可控制该加热回路形成通路或断路,于该加热回路形成通路时,电池2供应电流至加热器3,令加热器3将电能转换为热能。控制器4可供控制开启或关闭,控制器4关闭时,该加热回路形成断路。控制器4设定有一目标温度,较佳者,该目标温度约介于摄氏0度至45度之间,控制器4启动时感测电池2的温度,当电池2的温度低于目标温度时,控制器4令该加热回路形成通路,当电池2的温度高于目标温度时,控制器4令该加热回路形成断路。
更明确地说,控制器4可包括有一电路板,该电路板形成有一控制电路,该控制电路包括有一温度感测器,该温度感测器可感测电池2的温度,该控制电路并可比较电池的温度与目标温度,以该控制电路导通或切断该加热回路。请参考图2,于另一实施例中,控制器4可包括有一热电偶开关41与一电路板42,热电偶开关41串联于该加热回路,热电偶开关41的温度低于目标温度时形成通路,且热电偶开关41的温度高于目标温度时形成断路,该电路板42并形成有一控制电路,可供启动或关闭该控制器4。
开关5连接于控制器4,开关5系用以控制控制器4启动或关闭,较佳者,可将开关5固设于车辆内部,并以导线直接或间接连接至控制器4。
讯号接头6固设于壳体11上,讯号接头6连接于控制器4,讯号接头6供连接于车辆的中央控制器,讯号接头6并可供开关5连接,令开关5经由讯号接头6间接连接至控制器4,讯号接头6可自中央控制器接收一断路讯号,于使用者欲发动引擎而开启启动马达时,或使用者欲离开车辆而关闭引擎与电门开关时,以车辆的中央控制器发出一断路讯号至讯号接头6,该断路讯号续传送至控制器4,控制器4接收该断路讯号后令该加热回路形成断路,可避免在车辆开启启动马达时或使用者关闭电门后,该加热回路持续导通而损耗电池2的电力,避免电池2的电力不足以驱动启动马达,或电池2长时间供应电力至加热器3而使电池2的电力消耗殆尽。
警示装置7连接于讯号接头6,警示装置7并供固设于车辆,控制器4令该加热回路形成断路时产生一警示讯号,该警示讯号传送至警示装置7,警示装置7可实际设置为一警示灯或一扬声器,使警示装置7接收该警示讯号后可产生一声光讯息,令使用者可得知该加热回路已形成断路,亦即该加热器已停止加热。
藉此,本实用新型可供安装于车辆中使用,请参考图1与图3。使用者欲发动车辆而环境温度较低时,车辆中所装载的电池2可能因温度过低而使电池2放电效率较低,甚至可能不足以驱动车辆中的启动马达,此时,使用者可开启该开关5,令控制器4启动,控制器4随即感测电池2的温度,因电池2温度过低,低于目标温度而令加热回路形成通路,电池2即供应电力至加热器3,使加热器3将电能转换为热能,令电池2温度上升。于此同时,若使用者欲发动引擎而开启启动马达或欲离开车辆而关闭电门时,车辆的中央控制器则可发出一断路讯号,令控制器4接收断路讯号,随即使加热回路形成断路。当电池2的温度达到目标温度后,控制器4亦使加热回路形成断路,使加热器3停止加热,并使警示装置7发出声光讯息,告知使用者加热器3已停止继续加热。
综上所述,本实用新型提供的设有加热装置的车载电池,于电池温度过低而使放电效率下降时,可供使用者启动控制器,令加热器对电池进行加热,使电池恢复一定的放电效率,以便于供应启动马达所需使用的电力,避免发生因环境温度过低而无法发动引擎的情形,于天候情形较差或周围环境较寒冷时尤具实用价值,实为极具进步功效的实用新型。

Claims (5)

1.一种设有加热装置的车载电池,供装设于车辆,该车辆具有一中央控制器,其特征在于该车载电池包含:
一外壳,包含一壳体与二桩头,该二桩头分别固设于该壳体上,各桩头为导电体;
至少一电池,固设于该壳体中,该电池具有二电极,各电极分别与其中一桩头连接;
一加热器,固设于该壳体上,该加热器供输入电流后对该电池加热;
一控制器,该控制器、该电池与该加热器串联连接形成加热回路,该控制器关闭时加热回路形成断路,该控制器启动时感测该电池的温度,该控制器设定有目标温度,该电池的温度低于该目标温度时,该控制器令该加热回路形成通路,该电池的温度高于该目标温度时,该控制器令该加热回路形成断路;
一开关,连接于该控制器,该开关用以控制该控制器启动或关闭。
2.如权利要求1所述的设有加热装置的车载电池,其特征在于:
更包含一讯号接头,该讯号接头固设于该壳体,该讯号接头连接于该控制器,该讯号接头供连接于该中央控制器,该讯号接头可自该中央控制器接收断路讯号,该断路讯号传送至该控制器,该控制器接收该断路讯号时令该加热回路形成断路。
3.如权利要求2所述的设有加热装置的车载电池,其特征在于:
更包含一警示装置,该警示装置连接于该讯号接头,该警示装置供固设于车辆,该控制器令该加热回路形成断路时,该控制器产生警示讯号,该警示讯号传送至该警示装置,该警示装置接收该警示讯号后产生声光讯息。
4.如权利要求1至3之一所述的设有加热装置的车载电池,其特征在于:
该控制器包含有电路板,该电路板形成有一控制电路,该控制电路包含有温度感测器,该温度感测器可侦测该电池的温度,该控制电路可比较该电池的温度与该目标温度,该控制电路选择性地令该加热回路形成断路。
5.如权利要求1至3之一所述的设有加热装置的车载电池,其特征在于:
该控制器包含有热电偶开关与电路板,该热电偶开关串联于该加热回路,该热电偶开关的温度低于该目标温度时形成通路,该热电偶开关的温度高于该目标温度时形成断路,该电路板形成有一控制电路。
