本实用新型是一种全封闭循环水养殖用生物流化床过滤装置。其罐体内部填充复合活性二氧化硅生物载体，有益工程菌群附着在生物载体上；进水管设置在罐体顶部一侧，一端经泵连接养殖池出水端，另一端连接罐体内至少一组并联连接轴向排列的分水管，分水管的出水口距离罐底≤200mm；出水管设置在罐体的另一侧，经净水池后与养殖池进水端连接。优点是比表面积大，填充的高效复合活性硅材料作生物载体，处于流化态时，比表面积不低于20000m2/m3。能承受突加荷载，处理的水质不受影响；具多用途性，能适应海水、淡水等养殖应用；生物滤材成本低，整体运行成本合理。节约水资源全封闭循环水养殖，无需排放养殖废水。年恒温养殖耗电量小于传统流水式养殖的50％。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种全封闭循环水养殖用生物流化床过滤装置。
技术背景：
随着养殖技术水平的不断提高，封闭式集约化循环水养殖已经成为目前水产养殖业发展的主要方向。在封闭循环水养殖系统中，水质净化技术是关键因素之一，净化效率的高低，直接关系养殖物种的生长，且制约着养殖密度的大小。
工厂化封闭式养殖模式为保持水温、节水和不受外界污染，需长期连续的使用同一养殖水体。因为水中容纳了大量养殖生物的排泄物，饲料的溶解，水中有机物含量增加，有机物分解和养殖生物排泄物内含的氨氮，以及硝化作用产生的亚硝酸盐等，对养殖物种有强烈的毒性。为去除水中积累的有毒物质，提高单位水体的生物载量和产量，国外养殖工作者使用和研制了生物滤池、生物滚筒、水净化机等设备，我国工厂化循环水养殖用生物滤器大部分是从国外引进或采用工业污水处理用生物过滤器。
发明专利CN101439904B报道了一种循环水养殖用旋转式高效生物过滤装置，通过提高水中溶氧来提高污水处理效率，但是结构繁琐，耗电量大，未使用有益菌处理污水氨氮，总体效率低。
现有技术中，鲜见生物流化床高效过滤装置在工厂化养殖中成功应用。
发明内容
本实用新型的发明目的是提供一种全封闭循环水养殖用流化床生物过滤装置，它能弥补以上现有技术的不足。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案实施的：
研制一种全封闭循环水养殖用生物流化床过滤装置，包括罐体和其进水管与出水管，其特征是：
所述的罐体内部填充复合活性二氧化硅生物载体，有益工程菌群附着在生物载体上；
所述的进水管设置在罐体顶部一侧，一端经泵连接养殖池出水端，另一端连接罐体内至少一组并联连接轴向排列的分水管，分水管的出水口距离罐底≤200mm；
所述的出水管设置在罐体的另一侧，经净水池后与养殖池进水端连接。
上述的一种全封闭循环水养殖用生物流化床过滤装置，其特征是所述的复合活性二氧化硅生物载体粒径150～355μm。
上述的一种全封闭循环水养殖用生物流化床过滤装置，其特征是所述的分水管出水口设置分布器。
上述的一种全封闭循环水养殖用生物流化床过滤装置，其特征是所述的分布器的筛孔设置在分布器的下端。
本发明的优点是：
1.比表面积大，具有多用途性
在本全封闭循环水养殖用生物流化床过滤装置中，填充新型、高效的复合活性硅材料作为生物载体，生物载体处于流化态时，比表面积不低于20000m2/m3。试验装置所用生物材料的总表面积展开后近似90亩，同其它同类产品相比，表面面积增加10倍以上。该技术可以比固定式生物过滤技术提高效率十几倍到几十倍。能够承受突加荷载，而处理的水质不受影响；具有多用途性，能够适应海水、淡水等不同的养殖应用；生物滤材成本低，整体运行成本合理。
2.节约水资源
避免排放，全封闭循环水养殖，无需排放养殖废水，减少对自然环境的污染。
3.节约能耗
年恒温养殖耗电量是传统流水式养殖的50％以下；自然能源仅为传统养殖流水式模式十分之一。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和实施例进一步阐述。试验装置罐体1高2500mm，直径1500mm，圆筒形；罐体一侧顶部连接进水管2(进水管与水泵相连接，进水压力0.5～1.2MP)进水管2深入罐体1内部，设置3组分水管3，各分水管3并联连接在进水管2上，各分水管3均深入罐体内部，开口于罐体底部(贴近罐底)；每个分水管开口处安装分布器8，分布器上均匀分布着筛孔9；养殖用水体通过水泵(压力0.5～12MPa)从养殖池出水管进入进水管2，流入各分水管3，自贴近罐体底部的分布器喷出，喷出的水体向活性硅材料生物载体4施加向上压力，保证水流通过活性硅材料的颗粒状固体层，而使活性硅生物载体流动起来，达到悬浮状流化态，由于流化态的悬浮上涌式生物载体处于悬浮运动状态，所以比表面积大(达到20000m2/m3，同其它载体介质相比，表面面积增加10倍以上。)，从而增大附着在载体上的工程菌与污水的接触面积和接触时间，提高工程菌的硝化速率与反应效率，大大提高水处理效果。养殖池的污水经流化床生物过滤器处理后，自出水口5通过净水池流入养殖池，实现全封闭循环水养殖。

1.一种全封闭循环水养殖用生物流化床过滤装置，包括罐体和其进水管与出水管，其特征是：
所述的罐体内部填充复合活性二氧化硅生物载体，有益工程菌群附着在生物载体上；
所述的进水管设置在罐体顶部一侧，一端经泵连接养殖池出水端，另一端连接罐体内至少一组并联连接轴向排列的分水管，分水管的出水口距离罐底≤200mm；
所述的出水管设置在罐体的另一侧，经净水池后与养殖池进水端连接。
2.按照权利要求1所述的一种全封闭循环水养殖用生物流化床过滤装置，其特征是所述的复合活性二氧化硅生物载体粒径150～355μm。
3.按照权利要求1所述的一种全封闭循环水养殖用生物流化床过滤装置，其特征是所述的分水管出水口设置分布器。
4.按照权利要求1或3所述的一种全封闭循环水养殖用生物流化床过滤装置，其特征是所述的分布器的筛孔设置在分布器的下端。
