为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：该笔插式书立，它包括一块水平板和一块竖直板，所述竖直板的一大面上部固定设置有高低不同的水平条，其下部设置有收纳盒，在上面的水平条上开设有大小不同的笔插孔。这样设置方便用笔插孔来插笔，用收纳盒来收纳一些小物品，收纳盒也可当笔筒用。
