[0003] 中低速磁浮列车是一种有着广泛应用前景的城市轨道交通工具,随着日本爱知县 HSST商业运营线和国内唐山、上海两条试验线的建设,其优越性逐渐被人们认可,并引起广 大学者的关注。当采用直线感应电机牵引时,扁平形电机短初级安装于车上,随车体一起运 动;而次级采用铁铝、铁铜复合结构,并沿轨道辅设,如附图1所示。通过在直线感应电机初 级三相绕组上施加三相交流电压,产生行波磁场,该磁场在次级轨道感应板上感应涡流,次 级涡流磁场与初级三相绕组产生的行波磁场相互作用,产生列车前进的牵引力。传统上,直 线感应电机初级采用非绝缘、螺栓直接固定于转向架箱梁上。一般,电机初级通过螺杆、垫 圈和螺母与转向架固定在一起,其中螺杆、垫圈和螺母均采用金属材料构件。电机初级采用 变频PWM方式供电,其供电电压实质上是一系列调制方波脉冲。电机工作时,一方面在初级 铁芯中,存在铁芯与放置在铁芯槽中的三相绕组导线耦合产生的感应电荷,且牵引逆变器 功率管斩波频率越高,其耦合的感应电荷越多;另一方面,存在流过初级铁芯与三相绕组之 间槽绝缘的泄漏电荷,且绝缘性能越差,泄漏电荷越多。上述两种电荷在铁芯中聚积,并通 过电机初级与转向架的安装金属连接件流向车体。而由于磁浮列车没有像普通轮式轨道交 通一样的接地轮子,导致上述电机初级铁芯上聚积的感应和泄漏电荷在列车车体构件中非 正常地流动,从而对车体上的其它金属构件造成腐蚀,缩短了其它金属构件的正常使用寿 命;同时对其它车载电气设备带来干扰,使其它车载电气设备工作可靠性降低。
[0004] 在中低速磁浮列车的实际运行中,试验测试证实了上述电机初级铁芯中非预期的 感应和泄漏电荷的存在,并且影响甚大;理论分析同样证实了上述两种感应和泄漏电荷的 客观存在。故此,有必要采取措施,最大限度消除其影响。
实用新型内容
[0005] 本实用新型要解决的技术问题就在于:针对现有技术存在的技术问题,本实用新 型提供一种结构简单紧凑、成本低廉、安装方便、能够实现电机初级与其安装的转向架平台 之间的电气绝缘的磁浮列车用直线感应电机初级组件。
[0006] 为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用以下技术方案。
[0007] 一种磁浮列车用直线感应电机初级组件,包括直线感应电机初级以及用来将直线 感应电机初级吊挂于转向架底部的吊装组件,其特征在于:所述直线感应电机初级与转向架之间绝缘。

[0009] 所述吊装组件包括绝缘螺杆、绝缘垫圈以及绝缘螺母,所述绝缘螺杆穿过转向架 后通过绝缘螺母与直线感应电机初级相连,所述绝缘垫圈设于直线感应电机初级与转向架 之间。
[0010] 所述吊装组件包括金属螺杆和金属螺母,所述金属螺杆穿过转向架后通过金属螺 母与直线感应电机初级相连,所述直线感应电机初级与转向架之间设有绝缘垫圈,所述金 属螺母的外侧套设有绝缘套筒。
[0011] 所述金属螺母与直线感应电机初级之间设有第二绝缘垫圈。
[0012] 所述直线感应电机初级上设有铁芯专用接地电线。
[0013] 与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点就在于:
[0014] 1、本实用新型用于中低速磁浮列车牵引系统,其直线感应电机初级铁芯与安装的 转向架平台之间实现了电气上的隔离。直线电机工作时,其初级铁芯上聚积的感应和泄漏 电荷不向车体随意释放,从而不会对车体金属构件造成电腐蚀,提高了金属构件的使用寿 命,从而提高了整个磁浮列车的工作寿命;
[0015] 2、本实用新型用于中低速磁浮列车牵引系统,消除了直线感应电机工作时对车体 和其它车载设备带来的电气干扰,从而提高了车载电气设备的工作可靠性;
[0016] 3、本实用新型的直线感应电机初级绝缘安装结构简单,容易实现,具有高的性价 比。

[0023] 本实用新型的磁浮列车用直线感应电机初级组件,包括直线感应电机初级1以及 用来将直线感应电机初级1吊挂于转向架2底部的吊装组件,直线感应电机初级1与转向 架2之间绝缘。扁平形直线感应电机初级1置于车上,与列车一起运动。本实用新型只涉 及直线感应电机牵引的中低速磁浮列车,其直线感应电机采用扁平形、短初级结构,且置于 车辆上,与列车一起运动。
[0024] 如图2所示,在一种实施例中,吊装组件包括均采用非导电材料制作而成的绝缘 螺杆3、绝缘垫圈4以及绝缘螺母5,绝缘螺杆3穿过转向架2后通过绝缘螺母5与直线感 应电机初级1相连,绝缘垫圈4设于直线感应电机初级1与转向架2之间,以实现直线感应 电机初级1与转向架2箱梁的电气绝缘,最终使直线感应电机初级1铁芯上聚积的感应和泄漏电荷不向车体随意释放,从而消除其对车体和其它车载设备的影响。
[0025] 如图3所示,在另外一种实施例中,吊装组件包括金属螺杆7和金属螺母8,金属螺 杆7穿过转向架2后通过金属螺母8与直线感应电机初级1相连,直线感应电机初级1与 转向架2之间设有绝缘垫圈4,金属螺母8的外侧套设有绝缘套筒6。金属螺母8与直线感 应电机初级1之间设有第二绝缘垫圈9。
[0026] 在上述实施例中,都可以进一步在直线感应电机初级1上设有铁芯专用接地电 线。通过该接地电线引导并释放直线感应电机初级1铁芯中非预期的聚积电荷,使其不对 车辆上的其它金属构件造成腐蚀,同时消除其对其它车载电气设备的干扰。

1. 一种磁浮列车用直线感应电机初级组件,包括直线感应电机初级(1)以及用来将直 线感应电机初级(1)吊挂于转向架(2)底部的吊装组件,其特征在于:所述直线感应电机初 级(1)与转向架(2)之间绝缘。
2.根据权利要求1所述的磁浮列车用直线感应电机初级组件,其特征在于:所述吊装 组件包括绝缘螺杆(3)、绝缘垫圈(4)以及绝缘螺母(5),所述绝缘螺杆(3)穿过转向架(2) 后通过绝缘螺母(5)与直线感应电机初级(1)相连,所述绝缘垫圈(4)设于直线感应电机初 级(1)与转向架(2)之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的磁浮列车用直线感应电机初级组件,其特征在于:所述吊装 组件包括金属螺杆(7)和金属螺母(8),所述金属螺杆(7)穿过转向架(2)后通过金属螺母 (8 )与直线感应电机初级(1)相连,所述直线感应电机初级(1)与转向架(2 )之间设有绝缘 垫圈(4),所述金属螺母(8)的外侧套设有绝缘套筒(6)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的磁浮列车用直线感应电机初级组件,其特征在于:所述金属 螺母(8)与直线感应电机初级(1)之间设有第二绝缘垫圈(9)。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的磁浮列车用直线感应电机初级组件,其特征在 于:所述直线感应电机初级(1)上设有铁芯专用接地电线。
