背景技术
联轴器主要用于联接两轴或轴和回转件，使其一同旋转，并传递运动和转矩，广泛应用于各类机械中。但是在有些实际运用中，需要一种联轴器既需要传递扭矩又需要承受轴向推力和轴向位移。现有的联轴器分为三大类，有刚性联轴器、挠性联轴器和安全联轴器，但是它们都不能承受轴向推力和轴向位移。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种联轴器，其结构合理、制造方便、既可以传递扭矩又可以承受轴向推力和轴向位移的，能补偿两被联接轴间的相对位移，也能缓冲与减振，提高其传动性能，延长机器的使用寿命。
本实用新型的技术方案是：其包括胀套、螺栓、轴套和固定销和锁环；胀套的膨胀头置于轴套的主动端内，并且胀套的端面与轴套通过螺栓相连接；在轴套的被动端设有贯穿轴套的固定销，固定销的两外端用锁环相固定。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：其结构简单、易于制造，可以传递扭矩还可以承受轴向推力和轴向位移，避免两轴在传递过程中产生偏移和附加负荷，延长机器的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1所示本实用新型包括胀套(1)、螺栓(2)、轴套(3)、固定销(4)和锁环(5)，胀套(1)的膨胀头置于轴套(3)的主动端内，并且胀套(1)的端面与轴套(3)通过螺栓(2)相连接，在轴套(3)的被动端设有贯穿轴套(3)的固定销(4)，固定销(4)的两外端用锁环(5)相固定。
使用时，将主动轴插入轴套(3)的主动端内，胀套(1)的膨胀头插入在轴套(3)与主动轴之间，再用螺栓(2)将胀套(1)的端面与轴套(3)的主动端端面拧紧，从而使主动轴与轴套(3)紧配合，再将被动轴插入轴套(3)被动端内，用固定销(4)贯穿轴套(3)与被动轴，固定销(4)的两端用锁环(5)相固定，使轴套(3)与被动轴相连。在传递运动过程中，两轴不产生偏移，且固定销(4)可以承受轴向力，也可承受扭矩。

1.一种联轴器，包括胀套(1)、螺栓(2)、轴套(3)、固定销(4)和锁环(5)，其特征在于，胀套(1)的膨胀头置于轴套(3)的主动端内，并且胀套(1)的端面与轴套(3)通过螺栓(2)相连接，在轴套(3)的被动端设有贯穿轴套的固定销(4)，固定销(4)的两外端用锁环(5)相固定。
