Abstract

一、技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种外科闭合伤口的医疗器械，特别是可察看伤口愈合情况且防止伤口崩裂的外科免缝拉链。
二、背景技术
申请号为87108125.4的发明专利公开了一种“闭合伤口的器具”，是一个大体上呈长方形的外科伤口的器具，包括一条拉链，该拉链由两条支持带，在支持带上的嵌和式牙排和一个拉头组成，支持带上有引流孔，拉链两端有拉环带。支持带下面设有空隙条，该空隙条位于拉链背面、靠近伤口且与牙排保持一定距离，用于将支持带与伤口边固定的是一种低过敏性的粘性层。空隙条是微泡沫橡皮膏形式的弹性泡沫粘性条，它是由细小封闭的聚氯乙烯泡囊或聚乙烯泡囊形成的。这种器具由于只能从拉链的一头向另一头开启，导致察看伤口不方便。或者打开拉链时造成伤口的二次创伤，容易引起感染或伤口的愈合延缓。
三、发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种可察看伤口愈合情况且防止伤口崩裂、操作简便的外科免缝拉链。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：正面胶贴和背面胶贴均采用两条透气性良好的无纺布胶贴。正面胶贴与拉链带粘和，拉链带的下面与背面胶贴粘和，拉链带与背面胶贴中间设置有空隙条。两条拉链带的边缘有牙排，牙排上设置一个双向拉头。拉链带上设有间隔排列的引流孔。
采用了上述技术方案，本实用新型具有以下特征：
1、采用双向拉头的拉链，可以部分开启拉链，从而便于对伤口的检查和处理。
2、由于可以部分开启拉链，并且在开启拉链时两条拉链牙排之间距离保持不变，所以可以避免未完全愈合的伤口崩裂。

五、具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示，拉链带(1)上面与正面胶贴(4)粘贴，拉链带(1)有两条牙排(2)，两条拉链牙排上设置一个双向拉头(3)，通过拉头(3)拉开或闭合。拉链带的下面设置有空隙条，空隙条的下面与背面胶贴(8)粘合。背面胶贴与伤口边缘固定。在拉链带的两侧设有引流孔，保持伤口与外界空气的接触，也可使部分渗出液从引流孔流出。拉链带(1)的两端有拉环带(6)，用于开启或闭合拉链牙排(2)时使用。

1.一种外科免缝拉链，拉链带(1)上面与正面胶贴(4)粘贴，拉链带(1)有两条牙排(2)，两条拉链牙排(2)上设置一个双向拉头(3)，通过拉头(3)拉开或闭合，拉链带(1)的下面与背面胶贴(8)粘合，在拉链带的两侧设有引流孔，拉链带(1)的两端有拉环带(6)，其特征是：拉链上设置双向拉头(3)，可以部分开启拉链。
2.根据权利要求1所述的外科免缝拉链，其特征在于：双向拉头(3)可以起固定拉链的作用，使两条拉链牙排(2)在拉开状态下保持距离不变。
