背景技术
一般来说，普通液压钢闸门油缸未密封，由于在使用时长期浸泡在水中，易造成油缸腐蚀，此时就需要更换油缸。如此反复，造成了经济的很大浪费。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种使用寿命长的液压橡胶止水钢闸门新型防水密封液压油缸。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：
本实用新型包括油缸本体以及位于油缸本体端部的缸头，所述油缸本体位于钢闸门壳体内部，且在缸头的端部设置密封圈。
所述的缸头突出于钢闸门壳体，且位于钢闸门壳体外部的缸头为不锈钢缸头。
采用上述技术方案的本实用新型，由于油缸采取密封措施，唯一暴露在外的缸头采取不锈钢材质，这样油缸就可避免被腐蚀，延长油缸的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型包括油缸本体1以及位于油缸本体1端部的缸头2。
为起到很好的密封效果，油缸本体1位于钢闸门壳体4内部，缸头2部分突出于钢闸门壳体4，且位于钢闸门壳体4外部的缸头2为不锈钢缸头。在不锈钢缸头2的端部设置密封圈3。
这样，由于油缸采取密封措施，唯一暴露在外的缸头采取不锈钢材质，这样油缸就可避免被腐蚀，延长油缸的使用寿命。

1.一种液压橡胶止水钢闸门新型防水密封液压油缸，它包括油缸本体（1）以及位于油缸本体（1）端部的缸头（2），其特征在于：所述油缸本体（1）位于钢闸门壳体（4）内部，且在缸头（2）的端部设置密封圈（3）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液压橡胶止水钢闸门新型防水密封液压油缸，其特征在于：所述的缸头（2）突出于钢闸门壳体（4），且位于钢闸门壳体（4）外部的缸头（2）为不锈钢缸头。
