本实用新型涉及一种阀门机械领域,尤其涉及一种插板阀。
背景技术
目前国内的插板阀阀体为两片式,用内六角紧固配合,闸板从阀体一端穿透到另一端,插板阀两面密封位与闸板紧密配合密封,通常与闸板配合的密封位是与阀体一体的,当插板阀内的密封损坏时,无法更换新的密封,就会导致阀门报废,只能将整个插板阀换掉,浪费材料,适用性差。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种适用性好的插板阀。 
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案为: 
一种插板阀,其中包括:阀体、闸板;其特点在于:阀体上连接有活套法兰,活套法兰与闸板之间设计有密封圈。 
本实用新型的优点是:本实用新型的活套法兰与阀体之间使用螺栓连接,当活套法兰与闸板之间的密封圈损坏时,只需将活套法兰卸下,更换密封圈即可,所以本实用新型适用性好。

一种插板阀,如图1、2所示,其中包括:常见的阀体1、常见的闸板2;阀体1上连接有活套法兰3,活套法兰3与阀体1之间使用螺栓连接,活套法兰3与闸板2之间设计有密封圈4。在本实用新型中,活套法兰设计为两面式,尺寸相同,两个活套法兰分别安装在闸板的两侧;在本实用新型中,密封圈设计为两面式,尺寸相同,两个密封圈分别安装在闸板的两侧,当活 套法兰3与闸板2之间的密封圈4损坏时,哪一个密封圈4损坏,只需将哪一个活套法兰3卸下,更换密封圈4即可。
