在医院，给病人进行输氧时，鼻氧管是连接氧气瓶与患者鼻孔的必要装置。目前的鼻氧管在使用时存在以下不足：鼻氧管端点与鼻孔非密闭接触，容易使氧气外溢，并且患者呼气时，氧气瓶内的氧气依然向外溢出，造成氧气浪费；目前的鼻氧管使用过程中易造成呼吸困难。

本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：一种新型鼻氧管，包括与氧气瓶连接的进气管，进气管另一端连接两个支管，其特征在于：支管端点上设有鼻塞，进气管上引出一出气管，进气管与出气管内设有单向阀。

参看附图，一种新型鼻氧管，包括与氧气瓶连接的进气管4，进气管4另一端连接两个支管2，支管2端点上设有鼻塞1，进气管4上引出一出气管5，进气管4与出气管5内均设有单向阀3。
患者吸气时，进气管4内的单向阀3处于打开状态，出气管5内的单向阀3处于截止状态，氧气通过进气管4、单向阀3、支管2、鼻塞1进入患者鼻孔内；患者呼气时，出气管5内的单向阀3处于打开状态，进气管4内的单向阀3处于截止状态，呼出气体通过鼻塞1、支管2、出气管5排到外界。
