本实用新型的目的是提供一种卸灰机，本实用新型解决了现有的卸灰机工作时候粉尘很容易结块，造成机械阻塞；以及粉尘容易剂进卸料机内的轴承中，造成机械卡死的问题。
本实用新型的卸灰机，包括电机1、联轴器2、减速机3、机体4、卸料漏斗5、传动轴7、弹性叶片8和出料口9；机体4的上端设置有卸料漏斗5，卸料漏斗5连接机体4的进料口，机体4的左侧有出料口9；电机1的输出轴通过联轴器2连接减速机3的输入轴，减速机3的输出轴连接传动轴7，传动轴7水平安装在机体4内，传动轴7两端由机体4的左右侧壁支撑，传动轴7上安装有弹性叶片8。
卸灰机，还包括机台6，电机1和联轴器2安装于机台6上面。
本实用新型的卸灰机，由三相交流异步电机、摆线针轮减速机、及卸料装置组成，由于该机的减速机外置安装，传动轴上安装有弹性叶片，故避免了常见的粉尘挤进轴承和大颗粒物料卡死现象。
本实用新型的卸灰机可适用于建材、冶金、化工、电力等部门作为各类除尘设备的密封卸料，以及研磨机、烘干机、料仓的定量给料和卸料的装置。
