Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种广角LED发光灯管，包括由金属外壳和透明灯罩构的成管状灯条、设于该灯条中部的带有LED)的电路板。该透明灯罩大体为半椭圆形的透明灯罩。本实用新型将LED灯管横截面为半圆的透明灯罩更改为类似半椭圆形透明灯罩，这样就增加了LED灯源至透明灯罩底部的距离，从而加大了LED发光的扩散角度，使整个灯管的透光均匀性更佳；又因为加大了LED发光的扩散角度，使得LED的光效值相应提高，故可减少LED的使用数量而取得同样的发光亮度效果，从而降低灯管的制造成本。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及照明灯管，尤其涉及一种LED灯管。
背景技术
随着半导体工业的发展，LED行业得到飞速进步，作为一种绿色能源，已广泛地用于人们的工作与生活。如图2所示，目前，用于照明的LED灯管，包括由半圆的金属外壳1和半圆的透明灯罩6构成一圆管状灯条，该灯条中部设有LED电路板4，设于该电路板上的LED3发出的光线通过半圆的透明灯罩6散发出去，而获得均匀柔和的光线，以满足人们的需要。但是，现有LED灯管的横截面为圆形，至使其有效的发光面积仅为整条灯管的一半或以下，LED发光的扩散角度小，光效值低，透光均匀性不佳。
发明内容
本实用新型为了解决现有LED灯管发光的投射扩散角度小、光效值低和透光均匀性不佳的技术问题，提出一种扩散角度大，光效值高和透光均匀性好的广角LED发光灯管。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提出的广角LED发光灯管，包括由金属外壳和透明灯罩构成的管状灯条、设于该灯条中部的带有LED的电路板。所述的透明灯罩大体为半椭圆形的透明灯罩。
其中，所述的透明灯罩可以为PC透明灯罩，根据需要也可以采用其他透明材料制作。
所述的金属外壳可以为铝合金外壳，根据需要也可以采用其他散热性能好的材料制作。该金属外壳的外表面设有用于散热的凸棱。
本实用新型将LED灯管横截面为半圆的透明灯罩更改为类似半椭圆形透明灯罩，这样就增加了LED灯源至透明灯罩底部的距离，从而加大了LED发光的扩散角度，使整个灯管的透光均匀性更佳；又因为加大了LED发光的扩散角度，使得LED的光效值相应提高，故可以减少LED的使用数量而取得同样的发光亮度效果，从而降低灯管的制造成本。

具体实施方式
图1、图3示出了本实用新型较佳实施例的基本结构，该广角LED发光灯管，包括由金属外壳1和透明灯罩2构成的管状灯条、设于该灯条中部的带有LED3的电路板4。而透明灯罩2设置成大体上为半椭圆形的透明灯罩。本实施例中，该透明灯罩2为PC透明灯罩，金属外壳1为铝合金外壳。根据需要透明灯罩2也可采用其他透明材料制作，金属外壳也可采用其他散热性能好的材料制作。该金属外壳1的外表面设有用于散热的凸棱5。
如图1、3所示，根据灯管中LED光源的实际情况，如：数量、亮度、布局等参数，可适当地调整LED灯管中透光灯条的弧度以便达到最佳的发光效果。改良后LED灯管的组装和安装方式与现有的LED灯管相同。
如图2、3所示，本实用新型将LED灯管横截面为半圆的透明灯罩更改为类似半椭圆形透明灯罩，这样就增加了LED灯源至透明灯罩底部的距离(距离由H加大到H1)，从而加大了LED发光的扩散角度，使整个灯管的透光均匀性更佳；又因为加大了LED发光的扩散角度，使得LED的光效值相应提高，故可以减少LED的使用数量而取得同样的发光亮度效果，从而降低的灯管的制造成本。
Claims (4)
1.一种广角LED发光灯管，包括由金属外壳(1)和透明灯罩(2)构成的管状灯条、设于该灯条中部的带有LED(3)的电路板(4)，其特征在于，所述的透明灯罩(2)大体为半椭圆形的透明灯罩。
2.如权利要求1所述的广角LED发光灯管，其特征在于，所述的透明灯罩(2)为PC透明灯罩。
3.如权利要求2所述的广角LED发光灯管，其特征在于，所述的金属外壳(1)为铝合金外壳。
4.如权利要求3所述的广角LED发光灯管，其特征在于，所述的金属外壳(1)的外表面设有凸棱(5)。
