目前国内传动轴,都是通过传动轴中的伸缩花键副,来满足传动在运行过程的长度伸缩,而中间花键副都是通过花键轴和滑动叉来完成配合,花键轴与轴管焊接在一起,该结构的传动轴薄漏环节在轴管上,而花键轴和滑动叉的强度远远大于轴管,在强度上存在浪费,而花键轴和滑动叉都必需通过复杂的锻加工、热处理及机加工工艺来完成,加工周期长,加工成本高,整个传动轴重量重。

本实用新型要解决上述现有技术的缺点,提供一种结构简单的新型传动轴。
