本实用新型涉及一种专用于铁路运输中的棚车门防脱器。 
背景技术
列车在高速运行过程中,用于装载货物的棚车会产生剧烈震荡,易导致棚车车门滑轮在导轨上滑动或脱落,从而造成财产损失以及危及行车安全隐患。目前使用的“棚车防脱器”(专利号:ZL20082015988.1),虽能防止上述现象的发生,但用其加固棚车车门后,往往出现车辆宽度超限问题,带来新的危及行车安全的隐患。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是为了解决已有棚车门容易脱落的缺陷,同时又防止棚车车门加固后车辆宽度超限问题而提出的一种防超限棚车门防脱器。 
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用了如下技术方案: 
一种防超限棚车门防脱器,其特征在于它由一个两端带孔的压板、两根紧固螺栓和两个异型螺帽组成。所述的异型螺帽设有止转弯钩。 
使用时,将异型螺帽止转弯钩挂在棚车门滑轮导轨内檐上,棚车车门滑轮位于穿过压板的两根紧固螺栓之间,然后拧紧紧固螺栓,紧固螺栓长出部分向车内方向伸出,最终使棚车门与导轨固定在一起,并避免车辆宽度超限。 
本实用新型具有以下优点:结构简单使用方便,固定棚车门效果良好,并能有效避免超限问题的发生,从而保证了列车安全运行。

如图1所示,本实用新型所述的防超限超棚车门防脱器,它由压板1、两根 紧固螺栓2和两个异型螺帽3组成,压板1两端设有可穿过紧固螺栓2的孔4,异型螺帽3上有止转弯钩5. 
如图2所示,本实用新型所述的防超限车门防脱器,使用时,将异型螺帽3上的止转弯钩5挂在棚车导轨6内檐上,并使棚车门滑轮7位于两根紧固螺栓2之间,然后分别拧紧紧固螺栓2,最终使棚车门滑轮7不能在导轨6上滑动和向外侧脱出。
