背景技术
电机座在铸造生产中一般采用砂箱造型，因此需要采取45°直线分型，浇注系统通常为底注式浇注系统或雨淋式浇注系统，在上端搭子处开设内浇道和扁出气口。对于500和560及以上的超大电机机座而言，采用这种传统铸造工艺生产的机座，不仅错型严重，披缝多，外观质量差，清理打磨工作量大，而且上端搭子处存在气孔和缩孔缺陷，部分散热片极易出现冷隔现象。
发明内容
为了克服上述问题，本实用新型提供了这样一种大型电机的机座。其机座由外模和泥芯组成。泥芯呈圆柱形，外模由四块组成，将泥芯包围其中，四块外模构成一个长方体。该机座采用无箱组芯造型克服了以上问题。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型提供的电机座由外模1、2、3、4和泥芯6组成。泥芯6呈圆柱形，外模1、2、3、4将泥芯6包围在中间，外模1、2、3、4组成一个长方体。

1.一种电机机座，其特征在于机座由泥芯和外模组成，其中泥芯呈圆柱体，外模分为四块，将泥芯包围在中间，四块外模组成一个立方体形状。
