如图所示，本实用新型包括鞋面5，鞋邦和鞋底4，鞋邦与鞋面5连接。所述的鞋邦包括第一鞋筒2和第二鞋筒1，第一鞋筒2缝合于鞋面5上，第二鞋筒1与第一鞋筒2缝合。如果想要调低鞋邦时，只要把第二鞋筒1往下折翻，使第二鞋筒1与第一鞋筒2叠合，第二鞋筒1的边口翻到鞋面5与鞋邦的接合处。
