Abstract

本实用新型提供一种用于风力发电机的梯形散热片及风力发电机,所述梯形散热片靠近叶轮一端的高度小于远离叶轮一端的高度;该梯形散热片沿永磁发电机的轴向安装于定子机壳外。该种梯形散热片提高了机组外部的散热效果,延长了永磁发电机的使用寿命。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用于发电机的散热装置,尤其涉及一种用于风力发电机的梯形散热片及应用该梯形散热片的风力发电机。 
背景技术
当前,应用于实际发电的风力发电大多采用双馈式风力发电机机型,由于需要提高发电机的转速,双馈式发电机需要一个变速箱,这使得整个风力发电机的体积、重量和成本都大大提高,增加了功率的损耗,并且增加了设计难度和风力发电普及的难度。目前出现一种新型的永磁风力发电机,该技术具有多种优势,为将来的风力发电机的发展趋势。但是该发电机需要使用永磁体,永磁体在高温情况下会严重老化,因此对于电机的工作温度要求较严,这些都对永磁发电机技术的发展带来了不利影响。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种用于风力发电机的梯形散热片,该梯形散热片靠近叶轮一端的高度小于远离叶轮一端的高度。 
本实用新型还提供一种带有所述梯形散热片的风力发电机,其中所述梯形散热片沿永磁发电机的轴向安装于定子机壳外。 
优选地,所述梯形散热片均匀地固定在所述定子机壳外圆周上。 
本实用新型的梯形散热片的有益效果如下。 
1、提高了机组外部的散热效果,延长了永磁发电机的使用寿命。 
2、可完全取代风扇进行的强制风冷,依靠自然风的冷却就可以满足机组的温度要求,降低了发电机的制造成本。 
3、在机组运行时,不需要提供任何附加能源驱动就可实现散热,节约能源,环保。

具体实施方式
结合附图1和2,对本实用新型的梯形散热片及发电机进行进一步说明。 
将传统的矩形散热片改为梯形散热片,长度根据实际情况而定,靠近叶轮一端的高度小于远离叶轮一端的高度(参见图1)。 
所述梯形散热片2沿永磁发电机3的轴向均匀地安装于定子机壳1外圆周上(参见附图2)。 
该设计的思想是通过增大散热面积,减小散热片散热阻力来实现更好的散热效果。该设计将现有的长方形散热片改为梯形散热片,利用风力发电机始终迎风的特点,将散热片靠近叶轮一端设计为小端,远离叶轮一端设计成大端。传统散热片在散热时,后方会因为前方排放的热量而增大局部热量总和,在散热面积与前端相同的情况下,后端散热效果不佳,造成前端温度低,后端温度高。本实用新型的梯形散热片的设计加大了后端散热面积,越向后端散热面积越大,散热效果越好,实现了前后端均衡散热,保证了整体散热效果。

1.一种用于风力发电机的梯形散热片,其特征在于,所述梯形散热片靠近叶轮一端的高度小于远离叶轮一端的高度。
2.一种带有根据权利要求1所述的梯形散热片的风力发电机,其特征在于,所述梯形散热片沿永磁发电机的轴向安装于定子机壳外。
3.根据权利要求2所述风力发电机,其特征在于,所述梯形散热片均匀地固定在所述定子机壳外圆周上。
