一、技术领域
本实用新型用于自升式塔式起重机的起重臂和平衡臂拉杆。
二、背景技术
自升式塔式起重机起重臂和平衡臂拉杆的材质都是Q235B。耗用的材料多。
三、实用新型内容
1.本实用新型的目的是设计一种适用高强度塔式起重机起拉杆。在自升式塔式起重机上使用的起重臂和平衡臂拉杆(见附图1、2)。经过计算把起重臂和平衡臂拉杆的材质改成Q345B材质。
2.这里主要说明高强度塔式起重机起拉杆的结构尺寸数据。把起重臂和平衡臂拉杆的Q235B的材质改成Q345B材质,用Q345的材质要节约46%以内的材料。其特征是;拉杆圆钢的材质为Q345B,圆钢一端是双耳板,双耳板之间平行相隔,圆钢插入双耳板,单耳板在圆钢另一端,圆钢插入单耳板。起重臂和平衡臂拉杆的长度尺寸、耳板的外形尺寸不变,耳板的孔尺寸不变,圆钢直径尺寸减小。圆钢直径尺寸减小的范围在5%~46%之间。
3.本实用新型与公知技术相比,起重臂和平衡臂拉杆圆钢的直径尺寸减小的范围在5%~46%之间。取中间值可以节约25%左右的钢材。

五、具体实施方式
