[0004] 为解决上述问题,本实用新型所设计的节能热水灶,包括灶体,所述灶体的下部设 有一带孔的筛板,该筛板将灶体内腔分隔为空气腔和燃烧腔,空气腔侧壁上开设有炉口,燃 烧腔位于空气腔的上方,其顶部形成灶台台面,燃烧腔的侧壁上开设有进料口,一呈螺旋状 缠绕的水管设置在燃烧腔的中上部,水管的入水口与外部的冷水管道相连,水管的出水口 与外部的热水管道相连。

具体实施方式
[0017] 本实用新型一种节能热水灶的结构示意图如图1所示,其主要包括灶体,该灶体 为一圆形、方形、或其他形状的柱形空腔。所述灶体的下部设有一带孔的筛板1,该筛板1将 灶体内腔分隔为空气腔2和燃烧腔3。所述空气腔2的高度低于燃烧腔3的高度。空气腔 2用于点火、引入空气助燃及排灰,其侧壁上开设有炉口 4。燃烧腔3位于空气腔2的上方, 用于投放燃料以及提供燃烧空间。燃烧室顶部形成灶台台面13,燃烧腔3的侧壁上开设有 进料口 5,燃料从进料口 5投放至燃烧腔3下部的筛板1上。为了更好的节约能效,上述燃 烧腔3的中上部还设有一螺旋状缠绕的水管6。水管6的入水口与外部的冷水管6道相连, 水管6的出水口与外部的热水管6道相连。
[0018] 在本实用新型优选实施例中,筛板1上带有孔包括位于筛板1正中央的1个排灰 孔、以及位于排灰孔四周并呈矩阵或圆周状排列的多个通气孔。筛板1上的排灰孔的直径 大于通气孔的直径。筛板1中部即排灰孔处下凹,使得排灰孔所处水平面略低于通气孔所 处水平面。空气腔2内还设有一个将空气腔2分隔为上下两个腔室的隔板14,该隔板14 上的中部设有一排灰孔。隔板14上的排灰孔与筛板1中部的排灰孔通过一排灰管15相连 通。此外,空气腔2还经过一风管8与风机9相连通,该风管8从空气腔2的侧壁一直延伸 至筛板1与隔板14所夹空腔内,其上还设有风阀10。炉口 4位于隔板14下部空腔的侧壁 上。工作时,风机9将大量的空气从风管8导入空气腔2的上部、即筛板1与隔板14所夹 空腔内。这些空气从筛板1上开设的通气孔送入燃烧腔3中进行助燃,以使燃烧室内的燃 料的燃烧得更加充分;同时也能够将筛板1上的小颗粒状的燃料吹离筛板1表面,让燃烧中 的燃料充斥在燃烧腔3的整个内腔中,使水管6中水更易被加热。由于筛板1与隔板14所 夹空腔内气压大于燃烧腔3的气、以及隔板14下部空腔内的气压,燃料燃烧后所形成的渣 滓不会从通气孔内排处,而仅会从排灰孔沿着排灰管15排至隔板14下部空腔中,进而由炉 口 4排出。
[0019] 水管6和燃烧腔3的内侧壁之间还存在一定间隙,即水管6的外环侧壁与燃烧腔 3的内侧壁不相贴,这样水管6不会直接与灶体发生热交换,从而有效保持了水管6内热水 的水温。而为了提高安全性,上述水管6的出水口处还设有一安全阀7,该安全阀7在水管 6内的温度达到沸腾状态时开启,用以释放水管6内的气压,防止水管6的爆裂。
[0020] 在夏天使用时,为了防止热量的散失,燃烧腔3的内侧壁上附贴有一隔热层11,该 隔热层11能有效防止燃烧腔3内外热交换,使热量能够更好的被保留在燃烧腔3内。而在
4冬天使用时,则无需加入该隔热层11,节能灶能够做为烤火之用。为了对本节能热水灶所排 放的烟尘进行过滤,防止其污染环境,所述燃烧腔3上接有一烟管,且该烟管经一除尘装置 12与外部空气相通。而为了能更好的观察燃烧室内的工作状态,本实用新型的燃烧腔3的 侧壁上开设有一个观火窗16。

- 节能热水灶,包括灶体,其特征在于:所述灶体的下部设有一带孔的筛板(1),该筛板(1)将灶体内腔分隔为空气腔(2)和燃烧腔(3),空气腔(2)侧壁上开设有炉口(4),燃烧腔(3)位于空气腔(2)的上方,其顶部形成灶台台面(13),燃烧腔(3)的侧壁上开设有进料口(5),一呈螺旋状缠绕的水管(6)设置在燃烧腔(3)的中上部,水管(6)的入水口与外部的冷水管(6)道相连,水管(6)的出水口与外部的热水管(6)道相连。
- 2.根据权利要求1所述的节能热水灶,其特征在于:所述空气腔(2)的高度低于燃烧 腔⑶的高度。
- 3.根据权利要求1或2所述的节能热水灶,其特征在于:所述空气腔(2)内设有一个 将空气腔(2)分隔为上下两个腔室的隔板(14),该隔板(14)上的中部设有一排灰孔,隔板 (14)上的排灰孔通过排灰管(15)与筛板(1)中部设有的排灰孔相通。
- 4.根据权利要求3所述的节能热水灶,其特征在于:所述空气腔(2)还经过一风管(8) 与风机(9)相连通,风管⑶上设风阀(10)。
- 5.根据权利要求4所述的节能热水灶,其特征在于:所述风管(8)从空气腔(2)的侧 壁一直延伸至筛板(1)与隔板(14)所夹空腔内。
- 6.根据权利要求1所述的节能热水灶,其特征在于:所述水管(6)的出水口处设有一 安全阀⑵。
- 7.根据权利要求1所述的节能热水灶,其特征在于:所述燃烧腔(3)上设有一烟管,该 烟管经一除尘装置(12)与外部空气相通。
- 8.根据权利要求1所述的节能热水灶,其特征在于:所述燃烧腔(3)的内侧壁上附贴 有一隔热层(11)。
- 9.根据权利要求1所述的节能热水灶,其特征在于:所述水管(6)和燃烧腔(3)的内 侧壁之间存在一定间隙。
