本实用新型涉及日化学品包装技术领域，尤其涉及乳液泵。
背景技术
日用化学品简称日化，现有日化包装市场的乳液泵，其内设的复位金属弹簧直接与瓶内乳液接触，时间一长金属弹簧将会存在生锈，并污染经乳液泵流出的乳液，同时金属弹簧生锈后其使用寿命也会降低。
实用新型内容
鉴于上述现有技术所存在的问题，本实用新型提供了一种乳液泵，通过将复位弹簧设置在上泵柱和锁盖之间，使复位弹簧不接触瓶内乳液，不会污染瓶内乳液，增加复位弹簧使用寿命。
为了达到上述技术效果，本实用新型提供了一种乳液泵，包括按嘴、第一单向阀、瓶盖、垫片、第二单向阀和吸管，所述第一单向阀包括复位弹簧、上泵柱、锁盖、下泵柱和泵塞，所述复位弹簧设置在所述上泵柱和所述锁盖之间，并套接在所述上泵柱的柱体上。
作为本实用新型乳液泵优选实施方式，所述第二单向阀包括泵体和泵珠。
作为本实用新型乳液泵优选实施方式，所述泵珠球面与所述泵体内下侧斜面相切。
实施本实用新型，具有如下有益效果：通过将复位弹簧设置在上泵柱和锁盖之间，并套接在上泵柱的柱体上，使复位弹簧不接触瓶内乳液，不会污染瓶内乳液，增加复位弹簧使用寿命。

参见图1，图1为本实用新型乳液泵一个实施例的结构示意图。该乳液泵包括按嘴1、第一单向阀2、瓶盖3、垫片4、第二单向阀5和吸管6，第一单向阀2包括上泵柱21、复位弹簧22、锁盖23、下泵柱24和泵塞25，复位弹簧22设置在上泵柱21和锁盖23之间，并套接在上泵柱21的柱体211上。
具体的，第二单向阀5包括泵体51和泵珠52，泵珠52球面与泵体51内下侧斜面相切，形成一周接触线，起密封作用。上泵柱21对泵塞25起下限位作用，锁盖23在按压过程中起限位作用，垫片4对瓶盖3起密封作用。
当用手指向下按压按嘴1时(其结构示意图如图2所示)，此时由泵体51和泵珠52组成的第二单向阀5密封关闭，而由上泵柱21、复位弹簧22、锁盖23、下泵柱24和泵塞25组成的第一单向阀2打开，即泵塞25与下泵柱24通道打开，从而液体经此通道流向上泵柱21内孔，再经过按嘴1孔流出；当松开手指时，在外置的复位弹簧22的作用下，第一单向阀2密封关闭，此时第二单向阀5也同时打开，由于真空作用，液体重新注入泵体51的计量缸内，供下次使用。
综上所述，本实用新型乳液泵通过将复位弹簧设置在上泵柱和锁盖之间，使复位弹簧不接触瓶内乳液，并套接在上泵柱的柱体上，不会污染瓶内乳液，增加复位弹簧使用寿命。

2.如权利要求1所述的乳液泵，其特征在于，所述第二单向阀包括泵体和泵珠。
3.如权利要求2所述的乳液泵，其特征在于，所述泵珠球面与所述泵体内下侧斜面相切。
