本实用新型涉及理疗器械，具体涉及一种理疗垫。
背景技术
压力性溃疡又称压疮，是长期卧床病人，特别是老年、昏迷、截瘫、坐轮椅者的常见并发症。身体某部位长期处于压力、剪切力、摩擦力和潮湿环境中，容易产生压力性溃疡，好发于骶髂部、臀部等骨隆突部位。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是针对上述压力性溃疡的致病因素，提供一种有助于压力性溃疡患者康复的理疗垫。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供了一种如下结构的压力性溃疡理疗垫，包括柔性的垫体，其结构特点在于所述垫体表面上布有凸起，垫体的外周侧面及其表面上均设有相互连通的吹气管，吹气管管壁上布有出气孔，吹气管上连通有输气管；垫体的中心部位设有孔洞，孔洞的壁上环设有吹氧管，吹氧管管壁上布有出氧孔，吹氧管上连通有输氧管。
为了防止输氧管对患者造成刮擦，所述输氧管一端从垫体侧面穿进垫体与吹氧管连通。
为了方便固定和患者侧卧支撑，避免或减小对患者身体表面刮擦伤害，所述垫体整体呈矩形，其四个边角与垫体侧面圆滑过渡。
使用时，将本实用新型所提供的压力性溃疡理疗垫置于患者身体下方，使溃疡部位正对垫体中心部位的孔洞，然后将吹氧管和吹气管分别与空气源和氧气源连通，实现供氧和供气即可。
柔性的垫体及其表面上布有的凸起，可分散体重，实现身体压力的再分布，防止血循环障碍，能有效减轻身体局部所受压力、剪切力和摩擦力。吹氧管吹出的氧气，增加了疮面组织的供氧量，改善局部组织有氧代谢，利用氧气抑制疮面厌氧菌生长，并利用氧气流降低疮面温度，干燥疮面，促进疮面愈合。吹气管吹出的空气，能保持患者皮肤干燥，降低身体摩擦力，保护未发病部位，减少发病几率。
综上所述，本实用新型具有结构简单、使用方便和理疗效果好的优点。

附图所示的压力性溃疡理疗垫，包括柔性的垫体1，垫体1整体呈矩形，其四个边角与垫体侧面圆滑过渡，为了增加垫体1的柔软舒适性，垫体1内可填充有气体、液体或其它弹性体。垫体1表面上间布有多个凸起2，垫体1的外周侧面上环设连通有输气管5的吹气管3，垫体1的表面上交错设有相互连通的吹气管3，垫体表面上的吹气管与垫体外周侧面上的吹气管相互连通，吹气管3管壁上布有出气孔4。垫体1的中心部位设有孔洞6，孔洞6的壁上环设有吹氧管7，吹氧管7管壁上布有出氧孔8，吹氧管7上连通有输氧管9，输氧管9一端从垫体侧面穿进垫体与吹氧管7连通，输氧管9另一端穿出垫体侧面。
上述结构的理疗垫，不仅用于压力性溃疡患者的理疗康复，而且还可供患压力性溃疡风险高的卧床病人使用，也可用于烧烫伤患者的康复治疗。

1.压力性溃疡理疗垫，包括柔性的垫体(1)，其特征在于所述垫体(1)表面上布有凸起(2)，垫体(1)的外周侧面及其表面上均设有相互连通的吹气管(3)，吹气管(3)管壁上布有出气孔(4)，吹气管(3)上连通有输气管(5)；垫体(1)的中心部位设有孔洞(6)，孔洞(6)的壁上环设有吹氧管(7)，吹氧管(7)管壁上布有出氧孔(8)，吹氧管(7)上连通有输氧管(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的压力性溃疡理疗垫，其特征在于所述输氧管(9)一端从垫体侧面穿进垫体与吹氧管(7)连通。
3.根据权利要求1所述的压力性溃疡理疗垫，其特征在于所述垫体(1)整体呈矩形，其四个边角与垫体侧面圆滑过渡。
