背景技术
现有的无极灯电源箱或灯头,其散热结构多为在壳体外装上散热翅片,且所有的零部件装在一个空间内,其散热效果并不理想,差的散热效果使得灯的使用寿命变短,无极灯内的电路板易损坏。 
实用新型内容
为了解决现有无极灯电源箱散热效果不理想的问题,本实用新型提供一种无极灯用双层内部散热装置。 
本实用新型包括长方体形外壳体,在所述外壳体的外表面上设置散热翅片,在所述外壳体内设置一隔板,在所述外壳体内设置一与隔板垂直的散热板,在所述散热板的外表面上设置散热翅片,散热板与外壳体之间设有间隙。 
本实用新型将原有外壳体分隔成两个空间,每个空间内的电路板可以独自分别散热,添加的散热板,大大增加了散热面积,热量先通过散热板,再通过外壳体散出,气散热效果有了很大的提高。

如图1所示,本无极灯用双层内部散热装置,包括长方体形外壳体1,在外壳体1的外表面上设置散热翅片2,在外壳体1内设置一隔板3,在外壳体1内设置一与隔板垂直的散热板4,在散热板4的外表面上设置散热翅片5,散热板4与外壳体之间设有间隙。
