Abstract

本实用新型提供一种水表用倒流防止器，该倒流防止器由通过螺纹连接并连通的接头一、锁紧螺母、接头二组成，所述接头一内装有阀板一及阀板二组件。开启阀时阀板一、二在介质压力作用下向右直线移动带动阀板上密封圈离开密封面，保证介质正常通过；关闭阀时阀板一、二分别在弹簧一、二的作用下向左直线移动带动密封圈紧贴密封面，保证回流介质不能通过。该结构有益结果是提供一种能够严格限定管道中的压力介质作单向流动的组合装置，它能最大程度防止住户管道中的介质倒流，确保供水安全，防止回流污染，并有利于在不动管道的情况下替换水表前或后的接头，从而达到用工最省、更换方便的目的。直通式大过流面积设计确保低水头损失；超短型结构保证节省安装空间；简单结构使价格更经济，便于推广。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种阀门结构，特别是一种水表用倒流防止器。 
背景技术
目前的市政供水工程中，特别是自来水入户的工程施工中或没有安装倒流防止设备，或极少部分住户装普通止回阀来防止倒流。由于风险大、占地大、价格高、不安全的原因，很多迫在眉睫工程不能如期进行，结构复杂的倒流防止设备的泄水阀采用“柱”形腔结构或“葫芦”形腔的结构，所有控制旁通管均采用外挂配管，住户无法实现排水，安装使用都极为不便。因为有重要结构设计问题没获得突破，所以价格高居不下，在现有的供水条件下如使用此结构产品，需要投入大，不符合中国国情，实现入户的倒流防止不现实，这是我国城市供水中未能解决的致命问题，各地政府明知此种类型产品的重要性，却因为此类产品的致命弱点而无法保证居民的用水安全，特别是长期建设中对此类问题的疏忽，是已建成的建筑住户存在致命缺陷而又无法实现改造，使整个城镇供水带来重大的安全隐患。 
实用新型内容
为解决上述技术中存在的问题，本实用新型通过提供一种水表用倒流防止器，能达到真正节能、安全、防污染、占地小、价格低的目的。 
一种水表用倒流防止器，其特征是：将所述接头一(1)和接头二(11)通过螺纹连接并连通，组装后水表用倒流防止器的一端为外螺纹、一端为内螺纹，其长度和接口尺寸和水表接头相近，可替代和更换水表接头，所述水表用倒流防止器包括接头一(1)、阀板一(2)、密封圈一(3)、弹簧一(4)、阀板二(5)， 弹簧二(6)、阀座(7)、密封圈二(8)、垫片(9)、锁紧螺母(10)、接头二(11)、垫圈(12)、轴用弹性挡圈(13)。所述阀体内有两块用于止回的阀板，阀板一(2)、阀板二(5)上有用于导向的凸台和用于密封的密封圈，阀板一(2)设置在接头一(1)进水口部支撑的中间，开启阀时所述阀板一(2)向右直线移动，同时阀板二(5)也向右直线移动，关闭阀时阀板一(2)在弹簧一(4)的作用下向左直线移动紧贴接头一(1)上的密封面；同时阀板二(5)在弹簧二(6)的作用下向左直线移动紧贴阀座(7)上的密封面， 
本实用新型的效果是该结构的水表用倒流防止器是一种与水表连接严格限定管道中的压力介质作单向流动的组合装置，它能满足最大程度防止住户管道中的介质倒流，确保供水安全，防止污染，直接和水表接头互换，更换方便。直通式大过流面积设计确保低水头损失；超短型结构保证节省安装空间；简单结构使价格更经济，便于推广。

结合附图及实施例对本实用新型的水表用倒流防止器结构加以说明。 
水表用倒流防止器是有技术领域重大突破的结构。 
如图1所示，图1中箭头表示介质流动方向。介质流动时介质推动阀板开 启，开启阀时所述阀板一(2)克服弹簧一(4)的阻力向右直线移动，同时阀板二(5)也克服弹簧二(6)的阻力向右直线移动，阀正常供水。 
如图2所示，图2中箭头表示介质流动方向。关闭阀时阀板一(2)在弹簧一(4)的作用下向左直线移动紧贴接头一(1)上的密封面；同时阀板二(5)在弹簧二(6)的作用下向左直线移动紧贴阀座(7)上的密封面，阀门处于关闭状态。

1.一种替代水表接头的水表用倒流防止器，其特征是：将所述接头一(1)和接头二(11)通过锁紧螺母(10)螺纹连接并连通，所述水表用倒流防止器包括接头一(1)、阀板一(2)、密封圈一(3)、弹簧一(4)、阀板二(5)，弹簧二(6)、阀座(7)、密封圈二(8)、垫片(9)、锁紧螺母(10)、接头二(11)、垫圈(12)、轴用弹性挡圈(13)，所述阀板一(2)设置在接头一(1)进水口部支撑的中间，开启阀时所述阀板一(2)向右直线移动，同时阀板二(5)也向右直线移动，关闭阀时阀板一(2)在弹簧一(4)的作用下向左直线移动紧贴接头一(1)上的密封面，同时阀板二(5)在弹簧二(6)的作用下向左直线移动紧贴阀座(7)上的密封面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水表用倒流防止器，其特征是：组装后水表用倒流防止器的一端为外螺纹、一端为内螺纹。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水表用倒流防止器，其特征是：阀体内有两块用于止回的阀板，阀板一(2)、阀板二(5)上有用于导向的凸台和用于密封的密封圈。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水表用倒流防止器，其特征是：阀板一(2)和阀板二(5)在开启时由介质推动向右直线运动，关闭时分别由弹簧一(4)和弹簧二(6)推动向左直线运动贴合各自密封面。
