背景技术
现有的断路器脱扣器均采用上下吸合的方式，灵敏度差，耗能高。断路器电磁液压式脱扣器装置实现了左右拍合的方式，其中的关键部件为油杯，通常油杯装配时因杯桶内有油和其他零件为了保证装配加工后桶内油不外漏，往往采用焊接技术；焊接时在高温的作用下油杯内部易产生金属颗粒，导致油杯内铁心被金属颗粒阻挡等现象。

本实用新型的目的为提供一种稳定性好，不易漏油的脱扣器用油杯。
实现上述发明目的的技术方案如下：
一种脱扣器用油杯，包括杯体，杯体内充有硅油，杯底设有一铁芯，铁芯上方设有一弹簧，杯体的口部由一油杯帽密封。
所述油杯帽与杯体通过立体冷压连接。
所述杯体口部具有外展沿，所述油杯帽具有与外展沿相适配的凸缘，所述凸缘经立体冷压向内翻折与外展沿扣合在一起。
本实用新型为一种新型脱扣器的油杯，改变了现有脱扣器上下吸合方式，实现左右拍合，灵敏度高，低能耗，稳定性高，不易漏油。

如图1和图2所示，一种脱扣器用油杯，包括杯体1，杯体内充有硅油2，杯底设有一铁芯3，铁芯3上方设有一弹簧4，杯体的口部由一油杯帽5密封。
