背景技术
镐形截齿广泛应用在采矿、采石、水电工程等领域。镐形截齿主要由截齿体和钎焊在截齿体上的硬质合金头组成,现在的镐形截齿用硬质合金头主要由圆锥形的首体和圆柱形的尾体组成,首体和尾体之间设置有弧形过渡体。尾体的底面由平面钎焊焊接在截齿体的合金孔内,由于钎焊时存在着焊缝厚薄不均匀的现象,焊接牢固性差,使用中易造成合金头脱落,影响截齿体的整体使用寿命。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种钎焊牢固的改进的镐形截齿用硬质合金头,同时减少了合金使用量。 
本实用新型是这样实现的: 
镐形截齿用硬质合金头,主要包括圆锥形的首体和圆柱形的尾体,首体和尾体之间设置有弧形过渡体,其特征在于:所述尾体的底部设置有内凹的沉孔,在尾体和过渡体的外围均匀设置有纵向的凸起筋。 
本实用新型采用上述结构后,通过尾体的沉孔钎焊在截齿体的合金孔内,增大了焊接面积,提高了焊接牢固度,同时减少了硬质合金的使用量。具有结构新颖、成本低、合金使用合理的效果。增设的凸起筋,便于焊接,同时保证了焊接的均匀,焊缝厚薄一致,焊接质量高。

下面结合附图对本实用新型的实施例作详细说明。 
如图1、2所示,本实用新型为一种镐形截齿用硬质合金头,主要包括由硬质合金制作的圆锥形的首体1和圆柱形的尾体2,首体1和尾体2之间设置有弧形过渡体3。在尾体2的底部设置有一个内凹的沉孔4,增大焊接面积,同时减少合金使用量。因硬质合金头在使用中主要磨损首体1,在尾体2上设置的沉孔4不影响硬质合金头的正常使用。该沉孔4设计为半球形,也可设计为其它形状。在尾体2和过渡体3的外围均匀设置有纵向的凸起筋5,保证钎焊焊缝的均匀,凸起筋5设置为三条或三条以上。

1.镐形截齿用硬质合金头,主要包括圆锥形的首体(1)和圆柱形的尾体(2),首体(1)和尾体(2)之间设置有弧形过渡体(3),其特征在于:所述尾体(2)的底部设置有内凹的沉孔(4),在尾体(2)和过渡体(3)的外围均匀设置有纵向的凸起筋(5)。
