Abstract
本实用新型提供了一种自卸车车厢，包括车厢本体，所述车厢本体两侧的边板沿长度方向通过内折弯设有多条凹槽，边板外部还设有多条竖直方向的竖筋，车厢本体的底板在两纵梁中间部分处设有向下凹槽，边板的上端和下端均设有弧形过渡。本实用新型车厢本体两侧的边板沿长度方向通过内折弯设有多条凹槽，起到增加强度的作用，边板外部还设有多条竖直方向的竖筋用于固定加强，这样采用骨架支撑、牵拉相结合的方式，构造出了一个强度较高的框架；车厢本体的底板在两纵梁中间部分处设有向下凹槽，向下的凹陷不仅能够增加车内容积，还能够在装配时起到导向的作用，同时还能使整车重心降低；边板的上端和下端均设有弧形过渡，使车厢整体受力更加均匀、柔和。

本实用新型涉及一种车厢，尤其是一种自卸车车厢。
背景技术
目前，传统的自卸车车厢是由底板、边板、前板、后门等组合焊接而成，大多数以板型结构为主，是为了满足超载、可装载物料的品种多(粉粒、矿石等)的使用要求，不断加固，横加筋、纵加梁，造成车厢比较厚重。使得汽车行驶时的耗油量过大，既增加增加运输成本又消耗能源。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种自卸车车厢，在增加车厢容积的同时，不增加车厢重量，减少耗油量，降低运输成本。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的技术方案如下：一种自卸车车厢，包括车厢本体，其特征在于：所述车厢本体两侧的边板沿长度方向通过内折弯设有多条凹槽，边板外部还设有多条竖直方向的竖筋，车厢本体的底板在两纵梁中间部分处设有向下凹槽，边板的上端和下端均设有弧形过渡。
对上述技术方案的改进：所述车厢本体的材料为低碳合金钢。

如图1所示的本实用新型自卸车车厢，包括车厢本体1，所述车厢本体1两侧的边板2沿长度方向通过内折弯设有两条凹槽3，边板2外部还设有多条竖直方向的竖筋4，车厢本体1的底板5在两纵梁中间部分处有向下凹槽6，边板2的上端和下端均设有弧形过渡。
