背景技术
[0002] SZL型锅炉(即双锅筒纵置式链条锅炉)是工业锅炉中一种常见的锅炉设备,是从 前苏联KE型锅炉的基础上发展起来的;它具有结构紧凑,安装检修方便、燃料适应性广、锅 炉热效率高、负荷调节简单等特点,在锅炉行业得到了广泛的应用。SZL型水管热水锅炉是 SZL型锅炉中的一种,其结构包括燃烧设备、炉膛(水冷壁)、上锅筒、下锅筒、对流管束和尾 部受热面省煤器、空气预热器等组成,锅炉本体通过炉膛两侧墙水冷壁和下锅筒支撑在燃 烧设备构架上;运行时烟气侧和工质侧流程如下所述,燃料在燃烧设备上燃烧产生的高温 烟气,经炉膛前、后墙水冷壁下部形成的前、后拱沿炉膛上行至炉膛出烟口,再依次流经燃 烬室、对流管束、省煤器、空气预热器进入锅炉外部的烟气处理系统;热网系统的回水通过 锅炉给水操作平台经省煤器加热后进入上锅筒;然后在上锅筒、下降管、炉膛水冷壁和上下 锅筒、对流管束组成的循环回路中进行自然循环加热后,在上锅筒混合达到额定出水温度, 最后从上锅筒出水口向热网供水。本类型的锅炉在结构方面的缺点是:锅筒为纵向布置,上 锅筒贯穿整个锅炉本体,所有锅炉本体受热面包括炉膛水冷壁和对流管束全部和上锅筒相 连,锅炉的长度和宽度受到了限制,当锅炉的供热量需要增加到一定程度0 46MW)时,同 比增加锅炉本体的受热面比较困难,另外锅炉本体是通过炉膛两侧墙水冷壁和下锅筒支撑 在燃烧设备构架上,这样也限制了锅炉的长宽高,使其难以向大容量发展。
[0003] 为了增加锅炉的供热量,现有一种SZL型锅壳式水火管热水锅炉,此种类型的锅 炉在下锅筒中布置了大量的螺纹烟管(即火管)来增加锅炉的受热面,这样带来了火管锅 炉的一些缺点,如火管及其管板在工质侧的结垢,烟气侧的积灰、堵灰,烟气出口处的低温 腐蚀等问题均难以解决。
发明内容
[0004] 本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种供热量大幅提高、可 以满足大型热网的供热要求、锅炉为全水管结构,无火管受热面的大容量水管热水锅炉。
[0005] 按照本实用新型提供的技术方案,所述大容量水管热水锅炉,包括在本体支撑上 设置炉膛水冷壁和保温炉墙,在本体支撑与保温炉墙的连接处设有密封装置,在炉膛水冷 壁下部安装有燃烧设备,燃烧设备上安装有加煤斗,炉膛水冷壁和保温炉墙外部设有平台 扶梯与下降管,炉膛水冷壁的顶部通过钢架安装有上锅筒,上锅筒上设有仪表阀门,保温炉 墙后部连接有烟道,烟道上连接有省煤器,省煤器上连接有空气预热器,在上锅筒下方的炉 腔内设有下锅筒支座,下锅筒支座上设有两个下锅筒,每一下锅筒与上锅筒之间均设有一 组对流管膜式壁,在对流管膜式壁之间设有对流管束,且保温炉墙的内壁面即为炉膛水冷 壁,两侧墙上的炉膛水冷壁后部和最外侧的对流管膜式壁组成燃烬室,所有对流管束由对流管膜式壁分割成两个对流传热区,在燃烬室和对流管束下部设有落灰装置,该落灰装置 结构选择目前常用的落灰装置即可。

Claims (2)
- 一种大容量水管热水锅炉,包括燃烧设备(1)、平台扶梯(3)、炉膛水冷壁(4)、仪表阀门(6)、省煤器(8)、空气预热器(9)、保温炉墙(11)、本体支撑(18),在本体支撑(18)上设置炉膛水冷壁(4)和保温炉墙(11),在本体支撑(18)与保温炉墙(11)的连接处设有密封装置(17),在炉膛水冷壁(4)下部安装有燃烧设备(1),燃烧设备(1)上安装有加煤斗(19),炉膛水冷壁(4)和保温炉墙(11)外部设有平台扶梯(3)与下降管(2),炉膛水冷壁(4)的顶部通过钢架(5)安装有上锅筒(10),上锅筒(10)上设有仪表阀门(6),保温炉墙(11)后部连接有烟道(7),烟道(7)上连接有省煤器(8),省煤器(8)上连接有空气预热器(9),其特征是:在上锅筒(10)下方的炉腔内设有下锅筒支座(15),下锅筒支座(15)上设有两个下锅筒(14),每一下锅筒(14)与上锅筒(10)之间均设有一组对流管膜式壁(20),在对流管膜式壁(20)之间设有对流管束(13),且保温炉墙(11)的内壁面即为炉膛水冷壁(4),两侧墙上的炉膛水冷壁(4)后部和最外侧的对流管膜式壁(20)组成燃烬室(12),所有对流管束(13)由对流管膜式壁(20)分割成两个对流传热区,在燃烬室(12)和对流管束(13)下部设有落灰装置(16)。
- 2.如权利要求1所述的大容量水管热水锅炉,其特征是:所述炉膛水冷壁(4)为全膜 式壁结构,且炉膛前后墙上的炉膛水冷壁(4)上部为双面曝光水冷壁,该双面曝光水冷壁 由炉膛前后墙上部的炉膛水冷壁(4)向炉膛内拉稀成数排而成。
