Abstract

一种晶硅水冷热回收光伏PVT组件,应用于建筑领域的光电玻璃幕墙、太阳能光伏屋面、太阳能光伏电站。目前,市场上太阳能单晶硅,多晶硅电池板工作时产生的热量会降低单晶硅、多晶硅电池太阳能电池的转换效率,严重影响了光伏应用工程的质量。该晶硅太阳能光伏PVT组件能利用铝板与铜管构成的冷水循环系统收集晶硅太阳能电池产生的热量,对晶硅太阳能电池起到冷却作用,利于晶硅太阳能电池转换效率的稳定,防止电池损坏。

本实用新型涉及晶硅太阳能电池冷却技术,应用于建筑领域的光电热能玻璃幕墙、太阳光电热能屋面、太阳光电热电站等。 
背景技术
目前,市场上太阳能单晶硅,多晶硅电池板工作时产生的热量会降低单晶硅、多晶硅电池太阳能电池的转换效率,热量的持续积累导致温度过高甚至会损毁单晶硅、多晶硅太阳能电池,晶硅太阳能电池的热量积累严重影响了光伏应用工程的质量。 
发明内容
为了解决晶硅太阳能电池内部热量积累的问题,该做法是用在晶硅太阳能电池上集成水循环冷却系统,把晶硅太阳能由于太阳能辐射转换成电能时产生的热量,利用水循环冷却系统将的热量及时导出,同时达到热量有效回收利用的目的。采用4mm超白玻璃和1.2mm铝板作为夹层,与晶硅电池片构成复合晶硅电池板,铝板背部集成导热铜管的设计的思路,让产生的热量通过于晶硅电池直接接触的铝板传导到铜管内的介质内,流动的介质及时的把产生的热量导出,以达到降温目的,同时也有效地利用了太阳光电板内部的温度,使太阳发电的效率保持在较高的水平,本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是: 
1、用2m×1.2m×4mm超白玻璃和2m×1.2m×1.2mm铝板作为夹层,将晶硅电池片集成在一起,夹层之间不留有空隙,铝板背部用特殊工艺焊接铜 管,铜管内可以通过冷却介质传到热量。 
2、用角码将边框组合在一起,将铁板用铆钉铆接在边框内,将加工好的保温棉平铺在铁板上,平装保温棉,将晶硅电池片集成的铜管插入保温棉,并与边框的空内卡牢,打结构胶固定。 
3、依次安装好压条、连接件和挂码,周边打胶密封处理。 
此种结构就是当电池板工作时产生的热能能顺利地从接触铝板传输到铜管内介质,使热量通过冷却水的导出利用能有效降低光电组件的温度,导出的热量可以直接利用,也可以用收集的热量进行常规发电,有效的提高了太阳能综合利用效率。

具体实施方案
在图1中,边框(1)切45度用组框角码(5)组合成框体,将铁板(9)用铆钉铆接在边框(1)内,将加工好的保温棉(8)平铺在铁板(9)上,平装保温棉(8),将装好介质和装配好胶条的的PVT组件面板(7)内的铜管装置插入保温棉(8)和边框(1)的空内卡牢,打胶固定,在把压线(2)装入边框(1),压紧,安装牢固,将连接件(3)安装在边框(1)长孔内,用螺丝固定,在将挂码(4)固定在连接件(3)上,打注密封胶和结构胶,周边密封处理。 
如图1,当出现故障时: 
拆卸系统外连接件(3,4),撬起压线(2),拆卸PVT组件面板(7),检查PVT组件面板故障,检查集热铜管装置,总之按实施方案顺序取出需更换得零件,换上新的零件,然后按实施方案顺序安装。

1.一种晶硅水冷热回收光伏PVT组件,其特征是:超白玻璃、晶硅太阳能电池、铝板、铜管依次层叠组成晶硅水冷热回收光伏PVT组件面板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的晶硅水冷热回收光伏PVT组件,其特征是:超白玻璃、晶硅太阳能电池、铝板、铜管层压在一起,中间不留空隙。
