- 一种铁路罐车机械清洗污水密闭处理装置,其特征在于该装置由预沉降罐(1)、聚集分离罐(3)、旋流分离罐(4)、果壳过滤罐(5)、清水罐(6)和污油回收罐(7)组成;预沉降罐(1)、聚集分离罐(3)、旋流分离罐(4)、果壳过滤罐(5)和清水罐(6)依次连接,聚集分离罐(3)、旋流分离罐(4)、果壳过滤罐(5)、清水罐(6)上均设有进水口、排水口和排污口,各排污口均通过排污管线连接到预沉降罐(1),预沉降罐(1)底部设有排污阀;污油回收罐(7)分别与预沉降罐(1)和聚集分离罐(3)相连。
- 2.根据权利要求1所述的铁路罐车机械清洗污水密闭处理装置,其特征在于该装置 还包括生化处理系统(9),生化处理系(9)统包括移动床生物反应器(15)和沉降罐分离器 (11),移动床生物反应器(15)的出水口(18)和沉降罐分离器(11)的进水口相连,移动床 生物反应器(15)内部自下而上设有气体分布器(14)和分离筒(16);该生化处理系统一端 与清水罐(6)相连,另一端通过换热器(8)与果壳过滤罐(5)相连。
- 3.根据权利要求1或2所述的铁路罐车机械清洗污水密闭处理装置,其特征在于所述 果壳过滤罐(5)中的果壳为山核桃壳。
