 本实用新型涉及一种工装夹具。
背景技术
液晶、等离子电视机随着生产技术的不断进步，都采用了框架结构的形式（以海信TLM46v86PK机型为例,参见附图1），加工方式是使用冲床对各个支架进行冲压加工，然后进行整体组装。在装配时，不好控制定位，装配效率低下，装配精度低，产品质量难以保证。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是，提供一种结构简单的工装夹具，能够大大提高电视框架装配效率，保证装配精度，提高产品质量，以克服现有技术中的不足。
本实用新型的技术方案：它包括板体，板体的四角分别设置有一个定位销，板体的左侧设置有一块挡板。
与现有技术相比，利用本实用新型进行电视框架装配时，将电视框架的四角固定在定位销上即可实现准确定位；挡板能防止电视框架装反。本实用新型能有效保证装配时电视框架的整体稳定性，提高装配效率，保证装配精度，提高产品质量。

本实用新型的实施例：如图2，它包括板体1，板体1的四角分别设置有一个定位销2，板体1的左侧设置有一块挡板3。
定位销的位置、挡板的位置及长度根据所要装配的电视框架的具体尺寸来确定。
