本实用新型公开了一种实心啮合自保温砌块,包括砌块,所述砌块的内部为填充结构,其中填充有用保温材料制成的内芯,所述砌块顶部有一个凸块,底部相应处有一个的凹槽,所述各砌块之间的凸块和凹槽相互啮合使用。本实用新型由于砌块的顶部设有凸块,底部有凹槽,砌筑墙体时,采用一个砌块的凹槽与另一个砌块的凸块啮合组砌的方法,施工非常方便,提高墙体的承载能力,且能有效防止雨水渗透和控制砌体的裂缝产生。加之砌块的内部填充有保温材料,不仅密封性能好,且能大大提高了材料填充率,保温效果更好。且本实用新型填充的保温材料有白色垃圾及秸秆等的混合物,对环境改善也有深远的意义。

本实用新型涉及一种实心啮合的自保温砌块。 
背景技术
随着社会的进步,节约能源已成共识。为了节约土地和能源,提高建筑物的隔热,保温功能,混凝土小型空心砌块已广泛用于墙体砌筑中。近些年,由于进一步增强砌块的保温效果,在砌块空心的中部孔中充填聚苯已烯泡沫保温材料,用这种砌块砌筑墙体,其保温,隔热,防潮效果都大大增强。但目前所使用的有充填有保温材料的砌块,有的孔洞设计较为复杂,有的所填充的保温材料体积占砌块体积的30%以上,虽然保温效果好,却降低了墙体的承载能力,或加大了砌体的制作成本,不适合砌筑墙体。

本实用新型的目的在于提供承载能力强,保温效果好的实心啮合自保温砌块。 
本实用新型提供的这种实心啮合自保温砌块,包括砌块,所述砌块的内部为填充结构,其中填充有用保温材料制成的内芯,所述砌块顶部有一个凸块,底部相应处有一个的凹槽,所述各砌块之间的凸块和凹槽相互啮合使用。 
为了方便本实用新型在使用时便于涂抹水泥砂浆,所述凸块的宽度小于凹槽的宽度,所述凸块的高度小于凹槽的深度。 
本实用新型由于砌块的顶部设有凸块,底部有凹槽,砌筑墙体时,采用一个砌块的凹槽与另一个砌块的凸块啮合组砌的方法,施工非常方便,提高墙体的承载能力,且能有效防止雨水渗透和控制砌体的裂缝产生。加之砌块的内部填充有保温材料,不仅密封性能好,且能大大提高了材料填充率,保温效果更好。且本实用新型填充的保温材料有白色垃圾及秸秆等的混合物,对环境改善也有深远的意义。

具体实施方式
从图1可看出,本实用新型包括实心啮合自保温砌块,仍包括砌块,该砌块1的内部为填充结构,其中填充有内芯2,该内芯2是用以白色垃圾或秸秆的混合物加工制成的保温材料。砌块1顶部铸有一个凸块11,底部相应位置处铸有一个凹槽12。再结合图2可看出,凸块11的宽度和高度都小于凹槽12的宽度和深度。 
本实用新型在用于砌墙时,先将水泥砂浆涂抹在砌块1的上顶面及两侧面,待水泥砂浆涂抹均匀后,再将另一个砌块1的前、后端面与固定好的砌块1的前、后端面对齐,让凹槽12的中心与凸块11中心对准,使下面砌块的凸块11能插入到上面砌块的凹槽12中,即完成各砌块啮合组砌过程,如图2所示。

1.一种实心啮合自保温砌块,包括砌块(1),其特征在于所述砌块(1)的内部为填充结构,其中填充有用保温材料制成的内芯(2),所述砌块(1)顶部有一个凸块(11),底部相应处有一个的凹槽(12),所述各砌块之间的凸块(11)和凹槽(12)相互啮合使用。
2.根椐权利要求1所述的实心啮合自保温砌块,其特征在于所述凸块(11)的宽度小于凹槽(12)的宽度。
3.根椐权利要求1或2所述的实心啮合自保温砌块,其特征在于所述凸块(11)的高度小于凹槽(12)的深度。
